If she's smart she'll take the deal they've offered. I figure that as soon as the other results come in they will go ahead and charge her, although from the sound of it they may go ahead and do it tomorrow afternoon and just cross their fingers that the DNA tests show what they assume they will.

I see so much of what I could have been in Casey Anthony, and I see how having parents of infinite common sense and some good old-fashioned discipline probably saved me after all!
And to think I resented them for that for years...

My personal opinion only -- I think she killed that child. I think it may well have been murder. I truly hope I'm wrong.

I wish, so badly, that they would finally check that concrete slab in the backyard. I pray that this is wrong, and that somehow that baby is alive.. but even if she is not, I just want her found so she may be put to rest.

i dont think casey deserves any type of ammunity ..But this is probably the only way the baby will get a proper burial this is so awful..Casey has showed no compassion for little Caylee..as a mom of 7 it sickins me Casey had parents that were willing to raise that precious .RIP CAYLEE your safe in the arms of jesus now..youve touched my heart little angel

Since the beginning, I've felt Caylee was most likely dead. Despite the indications that perhaps Casey gave her to someone, or sold her (ugh), there really was no disputing that decomposition smell and stains in the car, or the hits in the yard and trunk by the cadaver dogs. Now it looks like the evidence is coming out. I have to admit, as the mother of a sweet little girl who's about to turn 3, there was a place in my heart hoping that Caylee would be found alive and safe. Ultimately, I think I knew better, though, especially after reading the documents that were released, which paint a very ugly picture of the kind of person Casey Anthony is. I think that monster murdered her baby. If Caylee had died accidentally, why cover it up? Why the party lifestyle, why no grieving? She's a sociopath who killed her little girl and feels no remorse for it whatsoever, IMO. She thought she'd get rid of her little inconvenience and go off and do whatever (or whomever) she wanted to do without ever having to face the consequences. Personally, I hope she fries.

Incidentally, I used to read the True Crime Weblog, and your sites prior to that one, too...interestingly enough, I first discovered your blog when you were covering the Trenton Duckett case. So many parallels between these cases....and two years today since that little sweetheart went missing.

I have been following this story for weeks, a couple of weeks ago i had a dream of Casey, in my dream i saw her approaching a white arched bridge, she was hesitant to cross the bridge, she was holding a box close to her chest (approx.size of a hat box)she began walking slowly and solemnly across the bridge,the bridge was surrounded by beautiful trees,flowers and blooming azaleas and there was a brook running beneath.Her face was like a blank slate,she continued to cross over the bridge. I can't get this dream out of my mind, it was very eerie, even with the beauty that surrounded the bridge. I don't know if this fits your format, but I had to put a voice with my dream. I pray with a grieving heart that Caylee will be found and what has been done in darkness, let it be proclaimed on he house top.

I think Casey told them where Caylee's body is in her own messed up way. I think she removed the body from her parents yard and re-buried in the park she said that Caylee loved. I wish the cops would take the cadaever dogs there.

"IF" (big "if") Casey admits the child is dead, she will say it was an accident. W/O the body or with a badly decomposed body can they prove that? Casey should spend the rest of her life in prison. I fear she will be found mentally ill & serve a very little time in prison - if any.

In my opinion, she deliberately killed the child & her father knows all about it.

I have been a fan since your days of posting on catchBTK. This is however the first time I have ever posted on one of your blogs.

Caylee has captivated my heart. I have two little girls. They both have big brown eyes and dark hair. Just like above posters, even though I know logically that Caylee is dead, there is a part of my heart that still in this very moment hopes we find her alive.

I believe that she murdered her child and took her out of town and buried her. I don't think she buried her in orlando at all. She killed her plain and simple. She is a murderer. Time to fess up Casey your child need closure. Be an adult for once and confess your sin for your daughter's sake. If you didn't want her you should have just given her to someone who did instead of doing what you did. It is not too late for you. Your souls needs it's peace too. You have to repent of your sins as we all do, God is faithful to forgive you. You must do it please tell the police where you put her. Have mercy on your child's remains now and confess.

Caylee's disappearance is a terrible tragedy, and instead of doing anything about it, you're content to surf the web, arbitrarily dishing out justice by writing posts filled with hatred on every board you can find.

There are reasons Casey Anthony has not been taken to court yet. None of the evidence brought against her is good enough, definite enough, or substantial enough.

According to our American Justice system, our constitution, the morality and honor on which our country was founding, Casey is still innocent. She will continue to be innocent, until she is proven guilty int a court of law.

You are maligning a woman who could be terribly mentally unstable, and for all we know could be keeping quiet because someone she loved hurt or took her child from her. Have some compassion, and wait till the truth comes out. And if you care so much, do something that actually helps this little girl.

Whilst I do not wish to further malign this woman, I feel the instinctive reason Casey Anthony will not give up the details of what transpired in this case is born out of a innate sense of Self-Preservation.
Anthony is dependant & wholly reliant upon the fact that the police have got zip to go on. With the continued absence of a body in this case-there is no weight to the evidence compiled by police-I think Anthony deliberately evaded her family, and the certain involvement of the police from the outset-this was an orchestrated attempt to distance herself from her criminal act-her seemingly bizarre behaviour (failure to report) was in fact an decisive act of self preservation. Anthony volunteered june 9th as the date she allegedly last saw the child-This was a concerted effort on her behalf to mislead the investigation-Anthony offered this date, as by doing so-she was in fact negatating the significance of the more definite date june 16th-when the grandfather states that he saw Casey in the company of Caylee, at the Anthony family home-Everything she has said in between reflects the fact, that she is in no way accepting the opportunity afforded her by police to come clean-to admit Caylee's disappearance was resultant of an accident-I think Casey Anthony has realised that she cannot afford to admit that this was an accident-she could not afford to accept the partial immunity deal-to give up the information of caylee anthony's location-and the reason being, that despite the immunity deal, she would incriminate herself-Anthony simply is unable to disclose this information- It is simply not an option for her, because upon discovery of the body of Caylee Anthony-the police will have sufficient evidence to charge her with the murder of her daughter.

Anthony will rely upon the fact that with the alleged involvement of a 3rd party-she can & will maintain her innocence.
