One of 44-year-old Michelle Lague's neighbors noticed that she'd not been out walking her dog. So on July 7, the neighbor called the cops. Investigators found Lague dead in her home.
Lague was slated to testify in a high-profile murder trial in San Antonio. She'd seen a vehicle speeding away from a crime scene in 2005.
Early Wednesday San Antonio police revealed that Lague's death had no connection to her status as a witness for the prosecution. Michelle Lague died at the hands of a friend.
That friend was a former roommate, towering, heavyset Kethan Beschorner, age 29.
Beschorner claims the devil made him do it.
Beschorner allegedly admitted to police that he'd been partying with Lague on July 4, drinking and doing drugs. At some point during the evening, Beschorner said he attacked Michelle Lague with a knife.
Beschorner claimed that he blacked out prior to the attack, but he almost succeeded in beheading Michelle Lague.
According to a report published online by KSAT in San Antonio, Beschorner "told police that Lague didn't deserve to die and he admitted to the slaying because he wanted to confess his sins and turn his life over to Jesus Christ."
Kethan Beschorner was emotional during his confession and he blamed his actions on his love for the devil.
If the MySpace found for a 29-year-old Kethan Beschorner from San Antonio is any indication, he wasn't kidding about his affinity for the dark and satanic:

The quote beside "Golgorath's" profile pic read, "You are the one,who killed his own son.We are the ones your hatred is on.Blame it on god." The words were lyrics from the song "Blame it on God" by the death metal band, Deicide.
The most interesting aspects of Beschorner's page were probably his choices in images and online quizzes. Online quizzes themselves are meaningless. A person's choice in quizzes and imagery might be pretty telling.
Beschorner's choices were uniformly dark. A test seeking to show the user their symbolic mythical creature told Beschorner he was a werewolf. For "which horror movie killer are you?" Beschorner's result was Jason Voorhees, the mute, hockey-masked monster from the Friday the 13th series of movies. The dominant image on the page was a still from Al Pacino's turn as a maniacal Cuban-born gangster in Scarface.
Yet Beschorner's MySpace profile really wasn't any stranger or more chilling than thousands of other pages. It only seems that way in hindsight.
The truth is, sometimes such things happen for no reason. Afterwards, even the killer is shocked, even remorseful.
But in Beschorner's case, maybe not all that remorseful. At least not until he was caught.
Ive studied divinity and different religions and also studied human psychology. Hes only saying satan made him do it to escape a prison sentence and get sent to a hospital. Hes perfectly sane. It states in the satanic bible that murder causes the criminal to burn with the servants and not to sit alongside the devil. He knew what he did and he just doesnt want to rot in prison. He deserves to be judged like every other murderer. He killed an innocent woman and deserves to pay the price.

He is not perfectly sane he has not been in a long time. I f u dont know him or her what makes u think you have any right to talk or judge. If u knew either of them u would know least some of the story, but you dont. Kethan is a good man and always has been. Yes he made dumb mistakes, but all of us have. Dont talk unless u know the whole story, just because u took some classes dosen't make u a DR.
Posted 07/20/2010 at 11:39:44 AMOk 8 months later someone is on her commenting on a comment? That's a little strange. yes, i don't think anyone on here knows either of these people. But face the facts: using Satan and Devil are massive excuses that 90% of all murderers use as a defence. Not making a joke. But seeing as no one else commented on this story except 1 person. And then suddenly another who is claiming they know these people comes on here commenting. Well that says to me, that something must have happened that we are not aware of. Maybe trial is over and sentencing has just came in. Or Just starting or something. Becuase something caused this person to come on here and look up this story and then comment.
