Teen strangled, slit 9-year-old's throat

The Nassau County police have found a woman's body near the Long Island Expressway. They have not said if it is the remains of missing Long Island teacher Leah Hirschel Walsh. According to MSNBC, the body was not that far from the location where Leah Walsh's car broke down on Monday. The AP reports that "[the] body was believed to have been in the wooded area for more than 24 hours." (thanks to Larkin for the AP link.)
