Teen strangled, slit 9-year-old's throat

The man who admitted he killed Kevin Pravia did it because he was bored. According to the AP, Jeromie Cancel said, "I was bored so I decided to go back into the apartment and kill him." Though Cancel has signed a statement admitting to the crime, he pled not guilty in in an arraignment held Wednesday. [The Associated Press]
