Fox News segment about the abduction of Cole Puffinburger.
There really isn't much new to say about the abduction of 6-year-old Cole Puffinburger from his residence in Las Vegas on Wednesday. The Amber Alert for the blond, blue-eyed little boy has been expanded to Southern California and New Mexico. If you have any information that might lead to the whereabouts of this little guy or his abductors, call LVMPD at 702-828-3111.

The AP has published a new article that contains the following notable passage:
There is a definite "drug nexus" connecting the [Puffinburger] family to the men who took the child from his home Wednesday morning, Las Vegas Police Capt. Vincent Cannito told reporters in an afternoon news conference [...] Cannito said "significant money and drugs" were involved, but would not provide more details.
The link to the article above was posted on this True Crime Report entry about Cole's abduction by "Joe." Joe added the following in his comment:
Again I would like to state that the mother father or boyfriend has no involvement. His grandfather (mother's father) is a very bad man and is in hiding, he is the one to blame for all of this. I wish they would post a picture of him so we could find him and trade him for the boy since he is who they really want anyway. When they say significant money and drugs I can tell you it is in the millions. Very scary...
All I can say at the moment about Joe -- who I imagine would prefer to stay anonymous if he knows some things about this case that are not public knowledge -- is that he's definitely posting from an IP in Las Vegas. I live in Vegas, and I know someone who knows Cole's paternal grandmother. She claims that there is MUCH MUCH more to this story. However, to respect the family's privacy she wouldn't give me any details.

But details are exactly what we need Madame Butterfly! We need to FIND this boy before he is hurt or killed. I hope the police are getting as many details as possible. Please ask the grandmother to come forward to the police so they can find this boy!
