Stories like these make me sick. I can't ever imagine wanting someone to kill my parents. I have been angry towards my parents, yes, like anyone else, but never in the capacity of not wanting to ever see them again or wish them harm. These kids need to be taught a lesson. I really wonder, though, how does this happen? How do people really go through life with no feelings at all? It scares me. Like the 19 year old guy who wanted to get his girlfriend breast implants, and hiring people to murder his mom to get the money. What a crazy world we live in.

People chould not judge right off the bat. In the article the Herald Mail published, it said that she told friends that he physically abused her. It has been "alleged" that she asked someone to kill her dad. But it has yet to be proven. People honestly should get all the facts from someplace other than someone's crime blog. Read a paper, watch the news. While they might not always have all the facts either, you get a lot more facts on the case, not just opinion.

Billy Black was my uncle and i am so mad about all of this. My uncle was a good man who never hurt anyone. i want to know what the hell was in egers head that made him think it was ok to do what he did. because of him my family is suffering. i lost a big part of my life and he took my sons great uncle away from him. Billy never even had the chance to see my son who i just had in september. he took away a loving father, husband, uncle, son, brother,and so much more. he didn't deserve this. so people need to think before they defend egar, because my uncle didn't deserve the hand he was delt.

I remember I was like 15 or 16 & one day I told my mom I was going to kill myself. She told me to go ahead & then left me in the bathroom. I wrote like two songs & then came out. I laugh thinking about it because when you're a teen it really sucks, & things don't seem fair. If you try to kill yourself (unless you're really depressed)just run away! Leave a note to say that you did & to not call the police; but to get someone to kill your parents?! Pathetic & quite frankly immature.

Sounds to me like she actually solicited that murder because who the hell says in their online profile their dad was killed & in the same section talk about how hot their boyfriend is?! BTW, that picture of her at the beginning of this page makes her look like a boy, except for the bra showing.

I Knew Alec Personally i grew up with him all my life you could say hes like a brother to me...
all my life alec has protected me and kept my family safe and strong through thick and thin and all my life he has stood up for what he belived was rite.. i watched his step dad flip shit beat his mom, him and his lil brother
he just thought he was saving danielle and that he was doing the world a favor because danielle told people that he raped her and threw her out a 2 story window and that allmost evry night he laid his hands on her..
i dont understand why danielle didnt tell the police instead of going around south high and the streets of hagerstown telling evrybody to kill her dad
and in defense of my brother he has never been in any legal trouble in his entire life aside from stealing a book from waldens books in the fredrick town mall

The allegations of abuse are somewhat substantiated by the depression, suicide attempts, and self-cutting. Teens, unable to protect themselves, will often act out in just these ways.

Abuse seldom, if ever, occurs when witnesses are present. Look at the Fritzl case in Austria....his 6 other children, his wife, his neighbors, never suspected him of holding, raping, and father 7 children with his daughter he held captive for 24 years. Look at Dennis Rader's family... he a member of the church, city job, raising, from all accounts, 2 well adjusted children. Quite often, the psychopaths amongst us are very adept at concealing their nature from even close, intimate acquaintances and family members.

I don't know if this girl was sexually abused, emotionally abused, as she claims or not. But having worked with abused children in the past, they frequently present the same acting out behaviors as ascribed to her.

It is best to forebear judgement in cases like this until all investigations and facts are presented at trial. While to many of us it is inconceivable act, it is equally inconceivable that you can physically, sexually, emotionally abuse a child without severe consequences to both the child, and yes, potentially yourself.

The other possibility is of course that she is just plain evil herself. Which is the case remains to be seen.

This is bull shit. The whole story is stupid. He did hit her i sat next to her in home room she was my friend and im not saying he should of died but i dont think she should be locked up.

As the Rachel in the article is my daughter and Danielle might as well be my daughter since she was at my house so much, it would be nice if the real story was out and not al l this bogus bullcrap then maybe this child would get justice and not railroaded like she was.

Can Anyone tell me what is going on with Alec Scott Eger's case?

Danielle Black was convicted of solicitation of murder in Washington Co. MD in July. She was sentenced on Oct 23 to Life all but ten year suspended. She is currently awaiting transfer to Jessup Women's prison. The only person to address the court was her Step-mother, who told her she "missed my family we had" and that Danielle "had your father killed for nothing." She asked the judge of Life. Danielle expressed no remorse or sadness but the laughing and smiling at her friends that was witnessed (when the jury was out) was gone.

She did FINALLY admit in a pre-sentence investigation that her father never physically abused her, a point that was brought up to the judge. Her crime was compaired to that of the Salem Witch Trials where the lies of little girls brought about not only the murders of innocents but the assination of charaters.

Additionally, to those SHHS kids she fooled into thinking she was a victum of abuse, it was later found out the the wounds she so proudly displayed were self inflicted and inflicted by her "loyal" friends.

Jennifer - Alec Egar is schedule to stand trial on Feb 1-4 of 2010.

Yeah, apparently the only "abuse" Billy Black (God rest his soul) inflicted on his daughter was trying to keep her away from a bad crowd...maybe if Danielle wasn't so wrapped up in her imagined problems, she would've realized that.

Oh, and Melissa, apparently neither you or your daughter knew Danielle as well as you thought you did...funny how none one bothered to verify any of her claims and instead chose to take the word of a disturbed child as gospel.

Also, if Eger really wanted to "help" Danielle, why didn't he call Child Services or some other legal agency? They could've investigated her claims, and once they were proven to be baseless, it would've been the end, resulting in a much better outcome than what wound up actually happening.

For the last few years I have heard all theissues why kids do things and the parents are always portrayed as the bad guys when no one knows the child (yes I said "child")reason for printing anything on a "My Space" type of site. Don't forget kids do lie more times than not. They took the easy way outand blamed everyone but theirselfs.
