I agree Vicki. They have all 3, not to mention Casey said and done some peculiar things. I have followed the case too, Caylee is the spitting image of what my daughter looked like at that age. What a sad and tragic loss. I just cried and cried when they found her, partly out of sadness and partly out of joy that she didn't have to stay buried in some godforsaken swamp.

Where is the money coming from to fund Casey's defense? Her father is a retired cop and her mother a nurse. There is no way they have that kind of money.

Dr. Henry Lee said he was working pro bono on Nancy Grace. I guess that is one thing that they don't have to tell, is where the money is coming from. Another reason for suspicion is that they are asking for IMMUNITY to testify. In my book, if a 3 year old child is dead, there should be no immunity for anyone under any circumstances. When Cindy Anthony deliberately gave the FBI the wrong hairbrush when they asked for Cayley's specific hairbrush, she should have been charged with obstruction of justice.

It never even dawned on me that there might be some kind of incest situation going on in that family until I kept reading about it in online blogs. I did begin to doubt the boy Jesus being Caylee's father because, how convenient for all of them that he is now deceased. I think the paternity of the child is important because it would answer alot of questions.
Lee drew alot of suspicion because of his refusal to take a polygraph or give dna and the authorities having to get a court order to give it. Cindy's mysterious behavior about Caylee's hairbrush and giving the fbi the wrong one also suspicious.
I do think the authorities know who the father of this child is because they stopped pursuing that avenue of questioning.
I still say NO immunity for anyone. The death of a child under 6 is an automatic death penalty offense. Why should anyone who may be involved in either the murder or the coverup be allowed to get off scott free, if they were involved they are accessories to a murder.

IT HAS BEEN NOTED THAT CASEY'S BEHAVIOR IS OF SOMEBODY THAT HAS BEEN SEXUALLY ABUSED OR A VICTIM OF INCEST. HER DISCONNECTED DEMEANOR IS WHAT PEOPLE DO WHEN THIS HAPPENS. MAYBE IT IS HER BROTHER. HE SEEMS TO HAVE A WIERD EDGE TO HIM. DOES HE HAVE A GIRLFRIEND?

Even if the incest rumor is true, this presents a double edged sword. Yes, it would explain alot of very suspicious behavior on the part of this entire family, but it would also serve as a "defense" for Casey and they will atempt to paint her the victim instead of little Caylee who is the real and only victim here. Casey is an adult and knows right from wrong. If she is a victim of incest or abuse,there is no statute of limitations on prosecuting for that. Many many abused children can and do go on to become good and loving parents with the right amount of help and guidance.

i think thats far fetched no big deal the name caylee there was no father involved in her life and they probably named her that, i also dont believe that Casey has admitted to anyone that she killed caylee including her attorneys , she is a sociapath and believes her own lies she will go to the electric chair saying she is innocent... they should have said to her listen you piece of SH*T you can rot in jail for all we care tell us what you did to our granddaughter...But they won't and when she is convicted and hopefully gets the death penalty after spending 20 years suffering in a high powered horrible jail than maybe they will face the truth............

I wouldn't trust any of the Ants with any immunity deal. I still think they would lie to cover Cassie's butt. They are all too scared of Cassie first of all. and secondly they will never admit to being wrong while the rest of the country was right.

I agree with mjk about "tough love". I had to do it when my daughter was a teenager. It is hard as hell, but I refused to bend. She is now a college graduate (summa cum laude), married, and a mother. She worked throughout going to college. I have a nephew who raised himself, he is in prison and drug addicted. Young kids today are too damned spoiled and used to getting their own way about everything. Casey is a "worst case scenario". Poor little Caylee, she never had a chance. I still say NO IMMUNITY FOR ANYONE WHATSOEVER!!

Why has there been no funeral or even talk of funeral for this precious child? The second autopsy was done weeks ago. Her tiny remains have been sitting in a cardboard box for months!!

Goerge was a ex Lawenforcement do you really think they are going to let his daughter go to death row or serve time.
And now that he is not fit for trial , because his lawyer did not get the paperwork he needed for immunity pushed threw , before he some how chose to become suicideal.

Sounds a little to convenient to me and I want to know the contents of his stomach they are keeping a secret.That's o.k. George was interviewed by the police and F.B.I. and they have all they need to speak volumes in the court room.
If you watch the tape George is asking the Authorities to keep in between the three of them and that should be considered obstruction of justice.

The whole thing is fishy thats for sure. I've been watching this case from the begning, my daughters 3. I do beleive Casey is guilty, there is no dought in my mind. At the same time, why is everyone so suprised by Caseys parents reaction. Realisticly if it we're your child, you would never want to beleive that your own flesh and blood could do something so horriable. How many cases out there that even though all the evidence points that way, what parents wants to beleive its possiable. The family has already lost their grand daughter, it would be unbarable to lost your child too. Casey is a spoiled brat who needs to be held accountable for her crimes, as for her family, Casey has put them in this posion, no one person should ever have to go through anything like this. But if we continue to wish harm to them, than we are no better than Casey. Beautiful little Caylee diserves justis, not revenge. What would Caylee want.........we are human-beings.

It's amazing to me. They have played every little jailhouse scene over and over again, every conversation, filmed and audio recorded for the world to see. The cameras have been in front of that house for months filming all the comings and goings. All the films and photos of little Caylee played over and over again. The scene where they found her played over and over again.
Yet the George Anthony disappearance is supposed to remain a mystery? I am immediately suspicious of this. They are definitely hiding something. I am not buying the suicide drama, it seems all too staged to me. While I am not without compassion for this family for their loss, they just seem to be continuously asking for bad press.
A jailhouse funeral for Caylee? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! I have never heard of anything so sick, morose, and innapropriate in all my life. She deserves to be memorialized in a house of worship with dignity. She had no dignity in life, can we PLEASE give her that in death???

But after seeing the parents behavior in the latest films of the civil case deposition, I can see where the two freak kids came from.

The grandfather, George, is the most immature man I've ever seen.
The grandmother, Cindy, is a monster and just PURE human garbage.

Best case scenario: George successfully kills himself. Casey goes to prison for "life without parole." And Cindy gets put in prison just for being felony human garbage. And Lee should go to prison for covering up and participating with the coverup by other family members.

This is such a sad case, I could not imagine losing a child, we almost loss two grandchildren at the same time, God was with them and they are strong, healthy boys now. I do hope they have the court case live on television because I would love to see what evidence is brought into consideration so all of us can know every detail. Caylee, I hope you can speak from above and tell everyone what happened, God bless you little angel.

I'm a Singaporean and I was in USA during this time and I always cried whenever i hear the News on TV. I hope this little Angel will have a good time and come into someone who's involved in this case. REST IN PEACE CAYLE DARLING
