Very eery similarity to the JonBenet Ramsey case. If you will recall someone had drawn a heart on the inside of her hand either before or after her death. Her mother had a habit of drawing hearts, pictures and papers were found in their house where Patsy had drawn hearts. Draw your own conclusions. Evil comes in many forms and disguises.

This case is one for the books. It gets more tragic with every revelation. The heart sticker is just creepy. Was it meant to represent a kiss or some attempt at an apology? I really don't care what the answers to those questions are. I'm so sick of Casey playing the victim and listening to her talk from that place in her head that if I didn't know more about this whole thing, I might think was her intelligent place and not her sociopathic world...which I suppose can be a reflection of intelligence. I can only hope that she knocked Caylee out before anything happened. I hate seeing that video over and over again of that little girl singing you are my sunshine. It makes me want to hurt her mother in some very bad ways.

The woman who murdered her daughter, 4 year old Riley Ann Sawyers, also known as Baby Grace, will go on trial soon, they are choosing the jury now in Galveston County. I did not even know this but I found out today that they literally tossed that child inside a beer cooler off of the Galveston causeway, literally tossed it out of the car like a trash bag, she floated several miles before she was found by a fisherman. Were it not for her grandmother, who saw the forensic sketch on television, she might never have been identified. I may be wrong, but my gut tells me there is a special place in Hell for people who hurt and murder little children. The judgement these satanic individuals receive on this earth will be nothing compared to what they face in the afterlife. God will make up for the power that these poor little ones lacked to save themselves, and I hope that the guilty ones will spend eternity suffering the way they made the innocent suffer.

I guess the media prosecutes cases now. Every since Kaylee went missing Nancy Grace and many other news sources have followed this horrible story. It's not once or twice a week it's every day of the week. Month after month after month. Obviously the suspect Casey Anthony has some serious issues that's a NO brainer. But when does the media have the right to prosecute cases and convict people for murder? They have already tainted the jury pool across the United States. Casey couldn't go to Noam Alaska and receive a fair trial. The police have allowed NUT cases to protest in front of the Anthony house endangering their safety. They have leaked every minute detail of this murder case to the news media. Are they dointg it in order to taint the jury pool or damage the Anthony family or both? Hell George went missing threating suicide! I've been involved in several high profile murder cases in Texas. I can tell you if we pulled these stunts the judge would dismiss the case.
We would be in serious trouble for releasing sensitive information to the media. Casey would walk free all because of police & prosecutor tactics, misconduct and media involvement. I have observed many killers walk free over the years because of technicalities. Someone didn't receive their MIRANDA warning before confessing to brutally sexually assaulting a child and murdering her. Someone ask for attorney but police didn't stop the interview the killer confessed to sexually assaulting the child and murdering her. The confession is thrown out of court because the killer ask for an attorney before confessing. Many killers have been released over technicalities. Remember Jonbenet Ramsey? The last I heard John & Patsy Ramsey had been cleared of Jonbenet's murder! But the police and news media tried to convict them for murder with little or NO evidence. Under the United States Constitution we all have a Constitutional Right to a fair trial.

Don't misunderstand me the public has the right for news but not every detail of a high profile murder case. Having every little detail, inuendo and speculation played over and over again month after month by the news media. The jury pool is tainted and Casey will not be able to receive a fair trial it's as simple as that.

The media blitz is the nature of the beast of cable tv. Twenty years ago we didn't have this because we didn't have 24/7 tv news going on.
I heard last night they are already seeking a change of venue in the Caylee Anthony case.
I never did understand the people protesting outside that house, I cannot imagine doing something like that, it is bizarre. The police should have stopped that the first day. But if you ask me, George and Cynthia asked for it by going outside and engaging these people in arguments and debate, it weakens their case about wanting privacy.
I believe Casey can get a fair trial because I believe in the jury system. I believe in juries more than I believe in judges (Madoff case prime example).
I believe the Orlando police have done a super job investigating this case although there are questions about why the tips called in about that vacant lot were not followed up on thoroughly or quickly enough. By the grace of God they did find her remains.
Regarding Ramsey case, the main problem there was you had the Boulder police in competition with the Boulder County D.A, it was a complete adversarial relationship from the very beginning. Egos got involved and it became no longer about JonBenet but a gotcha game with those two law enforcement entities at each other's throats daily. It was even reported there was computer hacking of files, and illegal entry by county authorities onto the premise of the local police department's computers and files.
The whole thing became a freak show with people making money off of books and movies. Between that and JonBenet being exploited by the kiddie pageants she never had a chance. A killer walks free still.

I didn't know what to make of the JonBenet Ramsey case. But when a case wind up in your own neighborhood... You just get involved. But how sad in this day and time that a creditable witness sees things and report it; yet they are not believed by the police. Although they will believe some one who does drugs without thought... Paroles times on this earth... Come LORD Jesus!

Oh, Merciful Goddess, of course this viper will not get a fair troal! There is no jystice in this world, and the pitiful little pile of bones in the laundry bag and plastic garbage bag arebstark witness to that fact! How can there be anything fair about it? Casey Anthony did the unthinkable. I don't imagine that too many people harbor any doubts.

I have no words for her. I cannot call her a woman or even a beast without offending women and beasts. She gives monsters a bad name! Still, she will have a trial, and even if she loses, she will have more mercy than she deserves, and the luxury of YEARS of appeals and REAMS of legal manouvering before execution. She has reason to thank the Gods that neither her trial nor her punishment will be fair.
I must grant her these things to protect the innocent who may be caught up in a media-spotlit Witch hunt some day, I know, but I grant it reluctantly in this case. I amk sorry for the innocents I could not protect.

I heard on the news that a quote on a web site was found of the ex-boy friend that quoted... " how to win her with chloroform". I wonder how this will effect the case now?

that is just so weird, the little heart sticker, definately sounds like something a relative or friend would have put as opposed to stranger, and goes right along with narcissism. something oddly maternal about it, as well. i always sign notes to my kids with dotted-line lips drawn with little heart in the middle to represent protective kiss, like Glenda the good witch, and i think this was something similar, a goodbye kiss or seal of protection/ownership, apology perhaps, God who knows.
