Boulder DA Gives JonBenet Ramsey Investigation Back to Boulder Police
Monday, Feb. 2 2009 @ 3:23PM
The new District Attorney in Boulder, Colorado, has officially handed the most famous cold case in the United States back to the Boulder Police Department. Because, you know, they handled it so well when they had it before. [TheDenverChannel.com]

Some odd coincidences in the Caylee/JonBenet cases.
Posted 02/02/2009 at 09:53:11 PM1. Both children found with duct tape over their mouths.
2. Both children found with their favorite blanket.
3. Caylee had a heart sticker placed over her mouth on top of the duct tape, obviously after her death.
4. JonBenet was found with a red heart drawn on the inside of her hand.
5. A child's toy played a key role in the deaths of both. For Caylee it was a favorite toy horse. for JonBenet it was a toy bear.
Hey Native,
Posted 02/03/2009 at 05:24:43 PMYou forgot the most important similarity in those 2 cases:
6. Both girls were killed by their mother(s).
Well, I leave that for the readers to decide. Anthony case pretty much cut and dried, it's obvious who the guilty party is. Alot of people think the Ramseys were exonerated because of the DNA evidence. I am not convinced. Ramsey case is alot harder because I believe there had to be complicity between 2 or more people. Someone murdered her, someone wrote the ransom note. It's that note that makes it not what it appears, no one murders a child then sits around and writes a 3 page letter after the child is dead.
Posted 02/04/2009 at 12:04:19 AMHere is a website that has some real food for thought:

Transplanted Texan would be hard put to explain just how a gentle, loving mother who for some inexplicable reason suddenly decided to kill her daughter was able to leave MALE dna in the panties?
Note was undoubtedly written prior to the murder.
Posted 02/08/2009 at 05:48:52 AMNative Texan will give it a shot. First of all, Patsy Ramsey was no gentle loving mother. Gentle loving mothers do not turn their 5 year old daughters into freaks with caked on makeup, teased and bleached hair, Vegas style beaded gowns, and come hither looks. JonBenet was a naturally beautiful child who, had she been allowed to be herself, might be alive today. I was listening one night as Patsy called into the Larry King show. She was an angry woman railing at the tabloids for exploiting the death of her daughter, yet she exploited her daughter in life.
Posted 02/08/2009 at 10:08:30 PMThe male dna is from skin cells only and can come from anywhere, even a factory where panties are made.
As for the ransom note, it could have been written before or after the murder, but you have to ask yourself, why? Why would someone intent on a sex crime write a ransom note asking for a bizarre amount of money that was equal to the bonus that John Ramsey had earned that year? Don't you also find it odd that no other dna was found anywhere on the child? I read every single book that was published on the case. I remain convinced that there was no intruder. I am not saying Patsy Ramsey murdered her daughter, I do not know who murdered JonBenet but I firmly believe Patsy knew who did. Why did she lie about JonBenet not having eaten pineapple? Patsy's fingerprints were even on the bowl. Why did they lie and say that brother Burke was asleep when the 911 call was made when you can clearly hear John Ramsey talking to him in the background of the tape. Why did Fleet White not find JonBenet when he searched the basement that morning? Why was there a 911 call placed from the Ramsey home two nights before the murder when they were having a Christmas party? Was someone trying to cry out for help? Why did Patsy turn the police away that night without even asking anyone in the home if they knew who might have made the call? Why were fibers from Patsy's red sweater found underneath the duct tape covering JonBenet's mouth? Why, 20 minutes after discovering the body of JonBenet, did John Ramsey call his private jet pilot and ask for the family to be taken to Atlanta? For the record, the police informed him they weren't going anywhere. Why did the Ramsey's not actually go into the police department and give a statement until April of 1997, nearly 4 months after the murder? Why could Patsy never be ruled out as having written the ransom note?
When you have that many unanswered questions in a case, something isn't right. It's the old "looks like, acts like, walks like a duck" scenario. Incidentally, if you get the chance, visit the website mentioned in my earlier post, it is a real eye opener.
One other unanswered question I forgot to mention:
Posted 02/08/2009 at 10:49:14 PMWhy, when Patsy was going over photos of JonBenet's room with police, did she say she had never seen the "Christmas Bear" that was in one of the photos. A huge deal was made of this. Pageant officials confirmed that the bear was given to JonBenet just 2 weeks earlier as one of the prizes in a pageant. Patsy was trying to create the scenario that the bear was "left" there by the intruder. In fact, there is a gold earring hanging from the belt of the bear that is one of a pair that JonBenet can be seen wearing in one of her pageant photos.
Hey Tex, you let a few actual facts creep in there along with all those internet-myths!
Posted 02/09/2009 at 01:06:05 PMNo Burke's voice on the tape.
And please don't try to tell people that a garment manufactured in Vietnam somehow had the dna in the panties and on the outer garments in Boulder, Colorado. Real neat trick how that dna from Vietnam gets to the spots where there is blood but not elsewhere on the panties!
You seem to forget all the perfectly normal photos and perfectly normal activities.
And it was the BPD who prevented any interviews, not the Ramseys.
The somewhat shabby SantaBear looked out of place and Patsy did not recall having seen it before. What should she have done? Kept silent about something that appeared strangely out of place?
Fool's Gold,
Posted 02/09/2009 at 01:59:34 PMThanks for hearing me out. But hey, did you see all those "perfectly normal" photos of Caylee and her mother Casey? Beautiful and adorable, but look what happened.
Regarding the dna, I did some research and consulted an internet report from another noted forensic pathologist who disagrees with you about the matter. He also felt that JonBenet had been molested prior to the night of the murder.
Please tell us how the BPD prevented those interviews. The Ramseys had offered to also take a polygraph, but it was years before they finally did and only agreed to do so if they were allowed to control all the circumstances which they did. The rich and powerful live by a different set of rules than you or I.
Look at the Polly Klaas case. This is a classic example of how someone of limited means is treated by the justice system. Polly's father was investigated thoroughly, spent many hours at the police station, took a polygraph within 48 hours and was still under suspicion until the real culprit was finally caught. He did everything without the police having to go through lawyers to get him to cooperate.
He did it willingly and gladly because he knew he had nothing to hide. And he has been one of the most vocal about how the Ramseys handled themselves after their daughter's murder. It is that alone that has caused most of the suspicion.
THE INTRUDER LIVE CLOSE BY NOT TO FAR FROM THE HOME THE GARDNER HAD BEEN THERE A COUPLE OF TIMES KNOWN THE HOME VERY WELL ENTRANCE AND EXIST OF THE HOME THIS INDIVIDUAL KNOWS ITS SURROUNDING VERY WELL THIS INDIVIDUAL IS JUST UGLY FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE TRY TO FIND A NECKLACE THE LITTLE GIRL HAD INITIAL IT IS JUST A BAD DREAM BUT IN MINE THEY ARE REAL
Posted 02/21/2009 at 07:51:00 PMA few facts on this caseL
1. The $118,000 bonus was awarded to John Ramsey in Feb. 1996 for his performance in 1995. The murder took place in December 1996, some 10 months after the bonus was awarded.
2. The three pages of ransom note had no folds. This suggests that if it was placed on the stairs, it was placed right after being written.
3. The unknown male DNA found on the longjohns might have come from an intruder, but if an intruder, he left no fingerprints anywhere in the house. So, if that is the case, he wore gloves? If so, how did the TDNA get on the longjohns?
4. The TDNA has no time stamps. It was taken years after the murder, and could have been applied before or after the murder by years.
5. There is no credible evidence of an entry, existence, or departure from the house.
I believe the murderer was Patsy Ramsey.
Posted 03/16/2009 at 02:57:33 AMBob.
About this case that I find strange is why the police would ask the Ramseys and their friends to search the house. And the Det Ardnt or how ever you spell the name said Lil JonBenet body was cool to the touch. Now if she been dead for several hours wouldn't she be cold.I agree the was no intruder. And Burke was caught on tape asking what did you find.
Posted 04/02/2009 at 06:07:12 AMHi Native,I have a question for you.I been following this case the whole time. Now just last night I was looking at the autopsy report and I finally notice the time of death yeah I know bout time right.Well time of death says 13:23 well thats makes it 1:23 pm on the 26.Now if this is correct she died while the police was there. So when the two men went down stairs does that mean the Fleet saw life and thats why he went running up the stairs for help.Cause I know if my so call best friend for their child dead I wouldn't leave their side.Rayne
Posted 04/02/2009 at 09:58:15 PMShe didnt die at 123 that was the time she was found she died between 10pm-6am based on autospy. And grats on proving finally it wasnt the ramseys. Need to find this guy.
