According to the LA Daily News, police have arrested fugitives Rianne Celine Theriault-Odom and Nathaniel Marquis Petrillo. The couple was captured via "a joint operation between Los Angeles police and the U.S. Marshal's Service." The pair allegedly doused exotic dancer Roberta Busby with a flammable substance and set her on fire last week. Busby, who has two children, "remains in critical condition with burns over 40 percent of her body."
