"I'm going to beat the shit out of you when we get home!" - According to court papers, a statement from Chris Brown to Rihanna on the night he allegedly beat the crap out of her.
Singer Chris Brown has been hit with a double dose of felony charges for his alleged assault on his girlfriend, Rihanna, aka Robyn Fenty.

I know that writing about crime seeks in part to re-tell the stories found in court documents in an interesting manner, leaving the dryness of legal reportage behind, but sometimes the plain facts of what allegedly happened are just as compelling as anything cooked up by any journalist. She seems like a smart girl, given that she pretended to have gotten the police involved during the assult. I only hope she's smart enough to not give him a second chance....
Posted 03/07/2009 at 10:22:36 AMIf you read enough about this online, you start running into starstruck idiots who say Rihanna must have done something to bring this on herself, that she must have been "too mouthy" or hit him first. Hopefully as more information like this comes out it will start to silence some of that. There is nothing you could say to a person that would excuse him from using you as a punching bag like that.
