10 Banks in 8 States, and They Still Can't Catch Serial Robber

As far as a game plan goes, this guy really doesn't have one. So far he's robbed 10 banks in eight southeastern states, from Alabama to West Virginia. He doesn't wear a disguise. Each time security cameras have caught his stocky build, close-cropped hair and goateed face. Yet no one's identified the man who's been knocking off banks since May, his last robbery in Tennessee last week. 
It's gotten so bad that the FBI is buying billboards in hopes of getting a tip. As you can see from the video above, the case has law enforcement officials mystified.
