I have thoughts that little Haleigh was deliberately given the drug, either to sedate her and put her to sleep so that she couldn't tell stories to her dad about the party and what step mom was doing..or she was deliberately give the drug as a joke..that it was 'funny" or cute to see a child high..

If there is any truth to it at all, I think this child was deliberately given the dope for one of the two reasons I stated.

I have thought all along that she was lying...but couldn't figure how what and why she did anything to the child...now it makes sense in a sick way...either to shut her up and put her to sleep so step mom could party...or just for fun and laughs. Then when things went tragically wrong...they concealed her and dumped her somewhere. People kept quiet because some were directly involved and because they were all partying with illegal drugs.

Ahhh, the pieces to this puzzle seem to fall into place with this new information. I suspect it could be factual, even though coming through a convoluted second hand jail story.

Ive thought all along that Misty had something to do with that little girl. Shes way to young for one, and two I think that she was jealous of that little girl and that "HER MAN" had sex with another woman to bring that little girl into the world, and she couldnt stand that and just wanted to start FRESH with him.. what better way to start fresh with that little girl out of the way..

So, you guys buy into the "Misty Croslin: Evil Criminal Mastermind" scenario? Personally, I think she can barely manage to rub two thoughts together. I have seen more thoughtful looks pass across a dog's face. People like her "fall into" tragic circumstances; they aren't usually the ones who initiate it. Misty seems like more of a follower than a leader. I don't think she is conniving enough to orchestrate an innocent child's death, but I'll buy into the idea that she is capable of trying to cover up an accidental death by overdose. No doubt there are others involved and that's why she has had the, um, fortitude to avoid cracking under police pressure thus far. If she were solely responsible, I think she would have confessed by now.

In the Haleigh Cummings case, the reward money should have made any of these poor druggies squeal like a pig, if they knew anything. Just curious, what are the requirements for getting the reward money?

I think Ron knows,WHY would he call home 22 times that night,if he was that worried you would think he would have went home from work.It seems like that is a good ALIBI.No one is looking at him,well i think its time they started,this is horrible that nothing is being done.Interraget them .

There is something that has been troubling me for awhile now, Crystal claims that JR told her that he saw a black man in black clothes that night? But we have all seen the pictures of White-boy-Greg and yes an Adult could tell that he is mulatto (MIXED); but how would a 4yr old toddler be able to destinguish that he was not mexican, or even white? Crystal is LYING, LYING, LYING! she maid up the story that JR> said it when infact she some how knew that Misty was involved with Greg; I believe she still Loves Ron and wanted to make sure he knew about Misty an Greg exspecially since they were about to get married. But how did she know? (YOU ASK) because she is still activly involved in Ron's life; infact she never even mentioned anything about abuse until they got married. And Nancy Grace picked up on that, this is why she treated Crystal and her Lawyer the way she did on her show. I believe Crystal knew Misty left those children in that trailer alone while she was off getting high; and knowing how Ron favored Haliegh took only her, I believe from the depts of my sole that Crystal knows exactly where Haliegh is.

I don't think that anyone will ever really know what happened to precious Haliegh. The world is a very sad place and it is even worse when our children are the ones being the victims. This little girl is a sweet, adorable, innocent child and she deserves justice however it has to come. The entire list of people they've investigated along with misty, ron and crystal need to be held accountable. I bet if they took all those lying drug addicts and said death penalty for all or talk one of them would spill. For little Hailegh and little JR and all the family may God keep you all in his grace.

I also think that a strong chance exists that the mother, her mother, her father, someone around the mother knew that Misty left the children alone and took Haleigh. I think they did it to expose Misty and Ron and seek custody. I think that whoever did this did not expect this much publicity. Marie Griffis went straight away on the internet and got a pubic relations person, a lawyer, a private investigator, they also started to profit very early on. There is a tape of the Maternal Grandpa and how he wanted to patent HaLeigh's name (just like the Anthony's he says).
Either they just did not really care about his child and sought to gain all they could within a week of her going missing or they did this. If they did then HaLeigh may turn up but with all the attention on this case, she may not.
I do not trust the bio mom at all. All this crying and never a tear for her child? At least I saw visible tears on the face of the father and the stepmother. But I also think the mother seem to dumb and removed to have done this herself. Her mother would be my number one suspect in this case and setting this up.

i think the step-mom killed her or had a friend do it and so does my whole family! she should be in jail!!!!

i think people are stupid people like misty and others involved in the murder should be killed people dont realize what could happen. when you have a kid you shouldn't party or do drugs just think about the safety of your child be responsible i would like to give a piece of my mind to misty and others who abuse ubduct kill or rape or put a child in danger because they don't care as long as their life goes well.
