Nancy Grace: New Information in the Haleigh Cummings Case

CNN's Nancy Grace reports that Haleigh's father Ronald and stepmom Misty Croslin had a fight just before the child disappeared.

The police seem to be asleep on this case. This child has been missing far too long to not have advanced the case any further. Why isn't the FBI in on this?
I don't understand the working of police here in this case. Casey Anthony was put in jail almost instantly without even finding the body or without solid evidence of any foul play. She has been in jail all this time and although everything points towards her, they still don't have any real solid evidence of her doing the actual deed and she still maintains her innocence. Why not do the same with Misty? Why isn't she being arrested on suspicion of ... I don't understand how one person can be put in jail and another, with almost the same case facts, can be walking free???
I am confused. Didn't Misty state that she was doing laundry that night? Because Haleigh had wet her sheets & Pjs? Couldnt that be an excuse for covering up evidence of foul play? And on the other hand I heard on one report that she couldn't do laundry because she was out of detergent, hence the dryer being full of dirty laundry. I wonder if the FBI checked all of the drains in the bathtub, and washer to see if evidence could be there? If she did accidentally kill Haleigh by hitting her or being angry with Ronald and taking it out on the child, who would she call to help her dispose of the body? Her brothers that lived nearby. It looks like that whole family may know alot more than they are telling especially the ones that lived across the street.
I am not so sure the bio mom is so innocent... she jumps right in to push for abuse "Guilty reaction" if you ask me, and yet bio mom does not even cry... she cries like Casey Anthony !! She wipes tears that are not even there !!!!! I think they need to search bio moms phone records, ect.. for the pre month or so and see who she has been talking to and making arrangements with !! Something could very much so be up with this bio- mom !!!
I wish they would please push the teen stepmother to the truth. It's written all over her she's guilty !!
