No. 4: Gregory Williams: Three girls were in for a surprise when they went to the locker room at Roger Bacon High in St. Bernard, Ohio to find the 52-year-old hiding in a shower stall. He's been charged with voyeurism, trespassing, disorderly conduct and subscribing to way too many Barely Legal web sites.
No. 3: Ronald Kilwein: Lianne Racanelli looked out her bedroom window and noticed something unusual, even for Portland, Oregon. Ronald Kilwein, who lives nearby -- with his mother, quite naturally -- was peering in her window. Naked. While masturbating. Kilwein bolted over a fence and hid in his garage, where he was soon caught by police.
No. 2: Professor Daniel E. Shaffer: In 2006, the sociology professor at Harrisburg Area Community College in Pennsylvania had a three-month fling with a female student. It seems he's been pining for her ever since. He continued to bomb her with text messages, phone calls and e-mails. Being a professor and all, we can safely say he's among the few stalkers to employ correct punctuation. The woman eventually transferred to the University of Delaware, but the creepiness kept coming. Recent messages suggested he was about to make an unwanted visit. So Pennsylvania cops helped him out, extraditing Shaffer to Delaware on charges of being a Weird 40-Year-Old Who Really Should Be Dating Someone His Own Age.
No. 1: Scott Blackwood: Our top slot goes to this Oklahoma City man, who's put a new twist on white trash romance. On the internet, the 23-year-old Blackwood met an underaged girl in Pikeville, Kentucky. She wanted to run away, so our hero drove to Kentucky to whisk her away to his Oklahoma love nest, which likely consisted of three pieces of plywood next to a freeway. They were supposed to meet where true desire is always christened: a Wal-Mart parking lot. Alas, someone tipped police that his little darlin' was planning to run. So they intercepted her on the way to meet, then used a car like hers to draw Blackwood into their lair. "I'm here for her, not you!" he reportedly told investigator Greg Smith upon arrest. But the best quote comes from his ex-wife, Jennifer Giesler: "I told him, you're going to get in trouble, so I'm not shocked, I'm just glad I'm not with him no more."
