College student and former Boy Scout Justin Little was expected back in Oregon on October 5. When he didn't return, his parents filed a missing person's report. That's when they learned their son had been murdered in a bad suburb of Paris. Police found his boy in the woods. He'd apparently been beaten to death with a cinder block to the head.
