Abused boy ate feces, drank urine to survive
Mike Shahrokhi, a printing salesmen in suburban Kansas City, was driving in Overland Park, Kansas when he got into a beef with another driver. The argument apparently continued as they drove down the road until Shahrokhi stopped at a convenience store to get a drink, where they resumed their manly jousting. ![]()
Maybe Mike Shahrokhi's dig about anally penetrating his daughter was a little too much
Shahrokhi admits to busting out a few F-bombs during the exchange. He also admits to trotting out this little gem: "I pull up along side him, and essentially told him that I had intercourse with his daughter from behind, and she liked it. And he was on the phone with police..."
Now Shahrokhi's been charged with disorderly conduct, for which he could get 30 days in the slam. And it looks like prosecutors really want him to do those 30 days.
Shahrokhi says it's all because of a few well-placed F-bombs, which makes it ridiculous that he's facing jail time. But the disorderly conduct statute in Overland Park includes using offensive, obscene or abusive language to arouse alarm, anger or resentment in others. We may be going out on a limb here, but when you talk about anally penetrating someone's daughter, that usually creates stuff like anger and resentment.
The other driver, Mike Nolan, admits to busting out some F-bombs too. But he hasn't been charged. In Shahrokhi's case, he's probably lucky Nolan didn't decide to beat him with a tire iron. So maybe the 30 days is a pretty good deal after all.

as a printing salesperson myself, i find this story to be familiar in tone. it's the suck-ass economy. makes people do strange things they otherwise wouldn't do. i may make a suggestion that he dress a little more professionally than a hawaiian shirt and he may just garner more respect on the front end and some additional sales too! ;)
Posted 10/23/2009 at 07:37:12 AMi am not a proponent of using bad language, however i am for free speech and one's right to say whatever they want-hence the first ammendment, and yes i know what you will say "well i am for free speech but come on, you can't say things like that". Unfortunately if you begin to limit the first ammendment, just like everything else, that will snowball until every form of speech the political party in power doesn't like is outlawed and we lose our last great freedom. This is no longer the country it once was due to this type of suppression, whether you like what they say or not, it's their right to say it- it's your right not to listen....
Posted 10/25/2009 at 01:00:01 PMBut when you start making violent threats(veiled or otherwise) of that sort regarding their daughter you have stepped way over the line. Never threaten members of someones family because you are mad at them. He deserved to get stopped, and frankly investigated whether he is fit to drive or needs to get some anger help.
Posted 10/25/2009 at 02:26:05 PMHow is that a threat? he sai he "HAD INTERCOURSE WITH HIS DAUGHTER FROM BEHIND, AND SHE LIKED IT" not that he was going to do go do it or any violent threats, and for that matter if she liked it then it was consensual and was not against the law providied she was of age. That would be like me going to jail because i told my father-in-law i had sex with his daughter and she liked it, and she does ;) So....what exactly is the threat there and how is this not a complete violation of this man's rights? good grief, you morons will not be happy until we have absolutely no rights left, keep givin em up, they will keep taking them. And as far as anger-it's a normal healthy human emotion and when you suppress it instead of voiceing it, the result is a psycho snapping after years of repression and Actually hurting people, not just making juvenile insults at another idiot with enough time to waste to follow him to a convience store just to continue argueing. In the words of the great Bart Simpson "Get a clue, man."
Posted 10/25/2009 at 03:36:45 PMWe are responsible for what we do and say. Not the economy, not your neighbor,no one but us. We are solely responsible for our actions and should be held accountable. Personal Responsiblity!
Posted 10/25/2009 at 07:14:30 PMI thought we got past this kind of crap 50 years ago with Lenny Bruce. It's just a word. It only has the power we give it. Nothing I read here sounds even remotely like a threat. Not even anything that could be construed as hate speech like the N word. This is a very bad application of a even worse law.
Posted 10/26/2009 at 02:23:22 AMIt should say "We may be going out on a limb here", not hear. Idiots.
Posted 10/26/2009 at 02:32:29 AMI want to know what started this road rage. One of them had to have done something unsafe on the road. If someone almost kills you by driving badly, they deserve a good tongue-lashing. Also, Mike N. could have not even had a daughter for all Mike S. knew. Also, just roll up your windows if you don't want to hear it. Stupid F***s!
