Misty Croslin and another woman were accused of threatening to beat up a Florida motorist
UPDATE: See Ronald Cummings, Misty Croslin Arrested for Drug Trafficking.

Misty Croslin Cummings, stepmom to missing Florida 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings, is doing her best to maintain her white trash bona fides. Earlier this week husband Ronald Cummings announced he was getting a divorce from his 17-year-old wife. Now she's been stopped by Seminole County deputies for supposedly threatening another driver.

Courtney Ballinger called 911 to say she was being threatened by two women in a Dodge Caliber. She told the dispatcher they'd waved a gun at her, made obscene gestures, and threatened to beat her up. "They're waving something around and I don't know what it is, but I don't want to find out," Ballinger told 911.

A deputy caught up with the car and detained Croslin and 43-year-old Donna Brock of Georgia. Deputies couldn't find a gun, so the two women were released. Chalk it up to another bad piece of PR for Croslin, who was the last person to see Haleigh Cummings alive. She's come under increasing scrutiny in the February disappearance, having already failed a polygraph in the case. Now her husband plans to divorce her after only seven months of marriage.
