Im glad that a parent was able to DEFEND their child against a sick, crazy, twisted, low life person. Im a mother of two small boys and have read several stories about how crazy people have been molesting children and not getting a REAL sentance for what they did. I think the father and neighbor should be released and given some type of award because if they didnt beat this man, and just called the police he would he been released again and would have did the same thing to another child, Im so happy they broke the cycle, now maybe he would think twice before doing something like this to another child. i am a FATHER of 2 BOYS -- my wife and i have talked about this before in very, very clear terms. if anyone hurts my sons, i will take care of that business personally, even if that means jail. our "laws" are so ridiculously lenient, that it is almost criminal to the innocent victims. we need to be like iraq. osama bin laden was killed in months, not the 10+ years it takes to legally kill criminals.

It has been reported that this guy allegedly (a word that seems to not be understood by Pete Kotz) the boy was fondled, which we know... from the reports of a three year old child. When I made the reference about child rapists, it was a general statement and not necessarily about this case. On the other hand, your jumping to the defense of low-lifes and child molesters does concern me. You obviously are not a parent and, if you are, who in the world is going to protect your children?
