First, he testified to the 1983 stabbing of Daniel Silva at the Silver Fox nightclub. Gotti, 19 at the time, apparently got into a beef with Silva over some minor slight when fighting erupted. During the brawl, Gotta stabbed Silva, then fled.

But Gotti, who later proved as ruinous as his father in leading the Gambino Family, New York's largest Mafia clan, couldn't shut up about it. Alite says he was in the hospital a year later after getting his ass kicked in a brawl of his own. Gotti came to visit and mockingly confessed to the Cennamo slaying, saying the victim "got help to be killed."
As Alite tells it, Gotti walked around the hospital room pretending to be the Grinch, then showed how the noose was tied around Cennamo's neck and he was ordered to jump. Alite claims everyone in the room laughed.

Finally, Alite's also soiled the name of Gotti's sister, Victoria, a writer and star of Growing Up Gotti, a B-grade reality show featuring her and her three sons. Alite says that when Victoria was still married to Agnello -- who's now in prison -- her husband beat her one night so she came to Alite for comfort. He's implied that the two had an affair, though he's been elusive with details.
Who knows if any of this is true. Alite's a confessed murderer himself, and judging by the cold stares in the court room, he and Gotti are no longer considering vacationing together. So you could take it as the truth, or you could take it as a parting gift from one sociopath to another.
