"It's called trickle down evil. Right from the top from a bunch of psychopaths that are nothing more than greedy corrupt rapists. What do we expect when the leaders of our country break the law with no conscience.
"Washington and Wall Street have raped and pillaged this country in the same way. They use the poor for votes with promises that they will get this or that but in reality they ALL are only looking out for their own welfare. The whole system is rotten and until there is a revolution nothing will happen. This poor girl will never get any real justice because our corrupt country is devoid of the concept due to the evil politicians."
I wouldn't have commented on this normally, but since it was targeted as the Comment of the Day, I will. I think this is a silly argument. Trying to connect corruption and "rape" so far removed from the context of Richmond, CA really does nothing to explain why this ACTUALLY happened. It just gives someone an opportunity to pontificate about their political feelings in a true crime story. I would rather discuss the specific environment in which these children are raised and how that contributes to their later criminal and barbaric behavior.
