Aaron wisely left town for Grace Christian Fellowship, a non-denominational church in Andalusia, Alabama. If what the cops are saying is right, he went on a sexual rampage while leading the flock. He's now charged with 150 sex crimes ranging from child porn to sexual torture to sodomy. At least four victims -- boys ages 10-12 -- have come forward. Police also say his wife and daughter were among the victims...
Though details are a little sparse, Aaron is accused of raping and filming his victims on camping trips, at his home, and in his backyard. The case is so severe he's being held on a whopping $24 million bond, and faces multiple life terms. He's being kept in segregation in the Covington County Jail for his own protection.
From the looks of it, there doesn't seem to be a question of guilt in the case. Aaron's lawyers are already seeking a settlement hearing in hopes of avoiding trial. No doubt he doesn't want his very dirty laundry aired in court before a town that he used to serve as a spiritual leader.
But despite the appearance of a plea, he's not exactly contrite. Officials describe him as stoic and lacking remorse.
Alabama? Somebody get a rope.

Posted 10/31/2009 at 07:19:08 PMI would love to see him hang, but it would be better to let the fathers of all of these children, including his wifes father and his childs grandfathers, have their way with him. How about finding some way to humiliate him publicly? Of course we would not stoop to anything as disgusting as what he did, but finding a way to dehuminize him, the way he did to those children, in public, to include the whole nation, would be justice.

He's a deacon in his church, teaches children's church & choir, he travels to other churches with his daughter singing as a duo, and is extremely big on home visitations "for the church". He often brings small children to church in his own personal car, with no other adult supervision. He is a convicted child molester, convicted of 6 counts against 5 children, boys & girls, the ages of 8-9, in 1991. This was before Megan's law, so he's not registered at all, and even though in this area, those records are public records, you can't search for them in the public domain, although I managed to get copies myself. The saddest thing of all in this situation, I've made it known to the different churches he attends, but they believe in "forgiveness"... Never a night in jail, no probation, walking free amongst us all.
Parents have got to get a clue. These POS are everywhere, and they WILL find a way to get to your children.
