The person who ratted him out was Cody's sister, 21-year-old Misty Henderson. She says her brother and her stepdad -- a Marine reservist and prison guard -- had a rocky relationship since Zan married their mother seven years ago. But she thought they'd been getting along recently -- until Zan turned up murdered...

"He's choked a couple of ex-girlfriends" she told WDTN-TV. "He's put his hands on me a couple of times. It was never that extreme. He never left marks on skin or anything. He was always remorseful after, even if he didn't remember what happened."
Though prosecutors have yet to decide if Cody should get the death penalty, that's a no-brainer for sis. She wants him dead.
"I saw my stepdad's body two days ago and I've completely changed my opinion. I think for what he did, he should get the death penalty. Family or not, I think that is the only punishment worthy of the damage that he did. It's for the best. It's what is going to get Chuck justice."
Cody is now in the Montgomery County Jail facing charges of murder, assault, and tampering with evidence.
That's one hell of a sister right there. I do wonder what the extenuating circumstances are. Was this kid abused and then snapped? Or is he just a killer? I say string him up in town square, stab him forty times, and if he survives...he's a free man.

They have been through so much with this family. Misty needs to take a look at herself, she hasn't been there anytime for any of the family and sure isn't a sister or daughter you would be proud of. There had to be more to this then any of us know and only God knows what Cody went through and why he snapped. Know one thing I pray for everyone that has been touched by this and other problems this family had gone through.

Chuck was a true hard ass, and always had my back. A lot of people only knew the hard ass part of him. They never got to know the soft side of him. I am lost for words when it comes to the shit some are saying in these postings. He stood by Pandora when she was in prison and then this is what he got in return. Fuck the kid and her both. I am sure that there is a God and they will pay.

Posted 04/04/2010 at 10:41:42 PMSince there are so many comments I will give a short version: Yes, cody did do it, but he did it for his kids, as his mom had stolen money from someone (an ex or something) and offered cody quite a few grand if he did it, then immediately told his sister, so they both deserve jail. I know cody, he was a bit violent, and that was excessive by every mean, but he wasn't all quite there. He is bi-polar like me, and I think he deserves to rot in solitary in a psyche ward, but not die... you have to understand illness to see my view, regardless, this was majorly F$#%ed
