Stripper Chetania Davis Gets Probation in Stiletto Heel Attack

Police say 22-year-old Chetania Davis was pissed because Club 1245 in Akron, Ohio had hired a new stripper who would cut into her money. Davis says she was merely defending herself when she repeatedly stabbed a fellow stripper in the head with a stiletto-heeled shoe. And True Crime Report says that if you ever have a hankering for a strip joint, surfing an old issue of National Geographic might be preferable to Club 1245.

Our tale begins in April with newly hired stripper Jo Nolan. The 52-year-old woman -- yes, she's dancing bare-naked at age 52 -- apparently took too long in a dressing room stall on her first day on the job. That kept David waiting, so she had words with the older woman. Push came to shove and she grabbed Nolan's stiletto-heeled shoe, repeatedly bashing her in the head with it...


It took seven staples to mend the wound, but it appears Nolan was willing to let the attack slide. She refused to file a report.

As you may have guessed, the court system in hard luck Akron -- Motto: Just like Cleveland, only without the glamor -- didn't want to spend much time on the case. Davis was sentenced yesterday to a year of probation. She's now eight months pregnant and studying to be a medical assistant at the University of Akron. (Tip to future patients: Just don't make her wait.)

And Nolan's decided that stripping is a young woman's game. She doesn't have the agility to avoid another shoe attack. "I've learned my lesson," she told WJW-TV in Cleveland. "I think I was just being stupid anyway. I just have to go to a temporary service or keep looking for a job. That was just an easy way out and it turned out to be H-E-double-L."
