Pervert Teacher Watch: Michael J. Wachholder Sentenced for Raping Bartender

The elementary school gym teacher who moonlighted as a rapist
​It was just 3:30 in the afternoon, not long after school ended, when two white men entered a bar on Long Island. They ordered drinks and made small talk with the bartender. But as she set up a food area, one of the men grabbed her from behind, punched her on the head and face, then raped her.

The woman was badly beaten. The man had repeatedly banged her head against the floor and broken her jaw. Weeks later, police arrested elementary school gym teacher Michael J. Wachholder as the assailant. Though another man was with him, Wachholder was the only one to assault the woman. The other guy's cooperating with police.

Now Wachholder has pleaded guilty to rape, sexual abuse, and assault. He will no longer be teaching little kids dodgeball, since he'll be spending the next 18 years in prison.
