What's with cops turning dainty these days? Can't anyone subdue a prisoner anymore without tasering them? In this case, a Michigan cop was suspended after tasering a man already in handcuffs.
Another example of an upstanding citizen who now carries a badge, service weapon(s), and taser... great.
I'll bet this jackass who gets thrills from electrocuting handcuffed men will really get turned on when he reads (no, I doubt he reads too well) I mean, Hears about the one who electrocuted the 10 year old. This tough guy will have to try that next.

Suspension is paid vacation and they're back on the job with another taser-notch in the 'ol belt buckle. Not only do they get boners electrifying the arrested and disarmed, but a rise from the sound of breaking bones, facial or otherwise. Compliance is the new 'law' as police brutality today is unprecedented. If you're not leery by now you're a fool.
