This assumes, of course that 1) the story is true as reported and 2) the accusation against the 15 year old had any basis in fact, since the boy was killed before any investigation could be done, let alone trial.

This story has completely stunned me. At first I didn't know how to react to it. I am now completely disgusted at the pure evil this father has. That was his CHILD, his flesh and blood, his son. And he treated him like a stranger. Not even sure if what was said to him was fact, he humiliated and killed him. This is tragic. The mother did right by telling the father what was said to her. In her mind it was his kids and he had the right to know what was being accused. He, on the other hand, needs the punishment he gave to his son. That poor child.

I have been following this story all day.

According to multiple reports, the boy did not rape or in any identifiable way molest the toddler. he was apparently accused of doing so by the toddler's mother (his father's gf), and then spoke to HIS mother about it.

She went to his father, saying "There's a problem with our son, and we need to deal with it."

Responsible parenting, IMO. she had no way of knowing that he would then turn around and beat her child, murder him in front of her.

This is a tragedy. By all accounts, this was a nice kid, who felt that he had done something wrong somewhere and took steps to seek guidance and help- and was murdered by his own father for it.

To me- that is a tragedy, and race has not a damn thing to do with it.

This whole story is so sad and scary. That a man/father could take the life of child. To say the least his own child in such a horrible way. The fact that his son pleaded for his life didn't seem to move or convict the father to even stop and think about what he was about to do. My questions? what questions did the mother asked her little daughter and what method did the mother take first before calling the father. To take the word of a 3 year old is not always the best thing to do. My little brother told our mom when we were little that I touched his "wee wee". So it's not so much that blacks commit more crime, rather it's that they are more likely to be charged in the first place, and they are more likely to be given sentences that far out-weight the charges. All of this has been proven. Being in a philosophy class doesn't make you smart, nor does it validate you old, disproven thinking.

Whites have left their mark by way of Guns, Germs, and Steel (it's been documented on PBS) and it is they who have created a state of hate and violence among ALL cultures they've enslaved. I wont get into semantics with you... however, I will say it is whites who lived in caves (Europe) and blacks lived in tropical climate... it is scientific fact that cold weather produces more aggressive behavior. So, when the whites came out their caves and conquered the "civilized world" they left their trademark...VIOLENCE. It is sad that those who have just found power chose to follow the path that whites have created (which whites can now disregard since they've gained control).... kinda like the world becoming Americanized... not necessarily 'cause it's for the better, but simply because it's the thing to do. Why is race brought into this? We should be discussing the crime and the individual people who are involved, not dragging in ethnicities. There's a story of a white girl who strangled and slit a 9 year old's throat, which is easily the worst crime being highlighted on this site right now; I don't see anyone trying to drag down the whole Caucasian race for what she did. This is so heart breaking, A dad killing his son who just made a mistake. This boy looks so innocent in his picture. I agree that maybe there is some kind of abuse that runs deeper than this story. I feel for this kid's mother and sister. This kid didn't deserve this.

The son admitted to wrong doing, which was said to have happened a few months ago. Since his "Dad" did this, now everyone knows. He could have sought counseling or various other resources to get this child the help he needed. Reasoning for his behavior may have came to light as he might of been victimize as well. One will never know now.

Speaking as a woman that has been molested by a family member and it was covered up by family, it led to nearly every female in our family being molested. I'm black and I apologize if I offend anyone but my personal opinion is I care about the three year old that has to live with something so horrific done to her. If my son whom I raised to be better than that who I've vividly informed about this type of thing was to do this to anyone, I love him with all my heart but I would not care what happens to him more than what the child has been through.

I am a cop in the ATL. Folks be real you are reading what the media has posted. You are assuming a lot. The only facts right now are that this young boy is dead. His Dad murdered him with a gun. It appears to be premeditated. The state of mind of the Dad at the time of murder impacted his actions no doubt. However his choice to kill his son, in his mind was the right one.

Since the execution of this poor child, doctors have NOT found any sign of abuse on the young girl, after a very thorough medical investigation. It is believed that nothing happened to her, and that Jamar Jr. was killed for no reason.

Its suspected that the dad was increasingly disgruntled over his loss of authority over the child because of the divorce from his ex and resented it and sought to cut all ties with the ex ..

So before you fuktards cast aspersions on the victim and CHILD slaughted in such a vile manner.. check the facts and your own issues..
