Teen strangled, slit 9-year-old's throat

| James Miller might decide to pick a less conspicuous Halloween costume next time |
As an officer approached the car, he noticed Miller stuffing gum in his mouth. Miller insisted he hadn't been drinking. Despite the open beer on the console. Or the partially wolfed case on the passenger seat. Or the reinforcement beers in his trunk. Or the Breathalyzer costume he was wearing.
So they decided to give him one. A Breathalyzer, that is -- the real kind, not a costume. Alas, our hero blew a .15, nearly twice the legal limit, and way more than you usually get when not drinking. Since he was also in possession of multiple Ohio drivers licenses, Miller was hit with a host of charges too numerous to mention here. But he's already faced the worst of his sentence: Having a mug shot of himself dressed as Breathalyzer floating around the internet in perpetuity.

Wait, if you blow a 0.4 you are risking death, and this guy blew a 1.5?
Posted 11/03/2009 at 11:19:45 AMWow. I didn't think you could blow a 1.5. Aren't you usually passed out by that time?
Posted 11/03/2009 at 04:31:59 PMI believe you mean a 0.15, which is very survivable and roughly twice the legal limit.
Posted 11/03/2009 at 05:35:28 PMHe blew 0.158. It's a typo.
Posted 11/04/2009 at 07:26:54 AMThis kid graduated a year a head of my son at the same highschool. He's been trouble since day one I have known him. In four years of highschool never saw his mom at school for any sports he was involved in except for one.... loser family
Posted 11/05/2009 at 12:28:19 PMOh yeah and we was supposed to go to college to become a nurse.....better lock up the drugs!
Posted 11/05/2009 at 12:37:04 PMYou are all stupid. 1.8 is when body can't handle the alcohol and u could possibly die. Wow. Iv blown a 1.2 and felt fine. U guys r funny
Posted 11/09/2009 at 10:09:17 AMTo GOODMOM person who said he graduated a year ahead of your son, you are sadly mistaken because I know the "loser family" and the one time you seen his mom was probably the ONE TIME you were at an event. His mom goes to every basketball, wrestling, AND baseball practice. SO I KNOW SHE MAKES it to most games. True that he's in nursing school and for you to post a comment about hiding drugs, the boy drinks LIKE A ALOT OF 20 YEAR OLDS, but he despises drugs and drug abusers. My guess is you couldn't stand the fact that he tied your boy in a knot at wrestling practice every day and thats tough for a parent. Don't sling mud GOODMOM. I LIKE THE STANDARD YOU SET FOR YOUR KID(S).
