​Kevin M. Derks of Kenosha, Wisconsin may be a loser, but let it not be said he goes short on his pedophile fantasies.

When police raided his apartment, they found what could be the world's greatest shrine to under-aged sex -- a wall-to-wall museum of child porn and photos of young Hollywood starlets, complete with handmade signs inviting him to have sex with them.

There were mannequins arranged to grope each other. Pictures of young girls shot with a telephoto lens on Wisconsin beaches. A poster of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen with a sign telling him he was cute and asking him for a threesome. And, of course, the usual DVD collection of child porn...

​The feds first learned of Derks from a tip from immigration officials investigating child porn. He reportedly purchased a trial membership on a kiddie porn site three years ago. But when they tried to interview him, he fainted and had to be taken to a hospital. He later confessed to being a perv.

​The world, he believed, was getting worse, so he turned to young girls for their purity and beauty. 

Agents say virtually every surface was plastered with photos. Many had been printed from internet porn sites showing naked girls and sex acts. He also had store mannequins -- some teen-sized -- arranged in sex acts. There were piles of photos of Hollywood actress like Dakota Fanning. There were also pictures of Elizabeth Smart, the girl kidnapped at age 14 from her Salt Lake City bedroom. He even had a Hannah Montana lamp with "Make Love to Me Mom" handwritten on the shade.

Though the apartment was loaded with dolls and stuffed animals, Derks claims he never tried to lure children there, and denied having sex with kids. He said he began buying the mannequins in 1988, and started fantasizing about mothers and daughters having sex.

Perhaps the scarier part is that the apartment was also loaded with guns. Derks said he kept them for self-defense, just in case some "drunkard or crazy nut came though his door."

Of course, he quite acknowledge that a "crazy nut" already occupied the home. He's been charged with 20 felony counts of possessing child porn.
