Nancy Bergeson, Federal Public Defender, Strangled in Her Portland Home

• I would like to know what the aledged jury tampering of the evidence was? It seems to me she was killed by someone she knew and trusted to let them in her house.

• I didnt know Nancy, but I watched the news that week and I wonder if she ever represented Joshua David Nichols, he was a Criminal transient with 45 different convictions, he murderd a Lori Fitzgerald in her home before shortly before Nancy was murdered, they thought she was a suicide by hanging, later proved to be the suspect, he was caught after a multiple county police chase. I watched all this unfold on the news and I have always wondered if he has been ruled out...

• Firstly, everyone who becomes involved in the criminal justice system are not, 'degenerates'. I have a better education, genetics, higher intelligence level, and familial background than most of the peasants here in this country. I simply found a way to earn money to live the life of the rich and famous, 'recreational drug' marketing. Secondly, and more importantly, I have been represented and assisted on numerous occasions in parole violation matters by the Federal Public Defenders Office (although not Ms. Bergenson herself) and they are some of the most dedicated, competent, talented and conscientious individuals a person would ever desire meeting. I am very sad to learn of her untimely and senseless demise and my sincerest sorrow for her bereaved family and friends go out to them.

• I find it hard to believe that one of Nancy's clients could have hurt her, she was very respectful and fought for her clients. I pray that the truth will be revealed and justice served. Please remember that vengeance is Gods and He knows the truth. I am a Native American and I honor Nancy for the work she did for her Native American clients. We will keep the family in prayer... Also, pray for her clients with pending cases.

• I was once one of those degenerates, to poor to pay for the services of of Nancy B. She represented me with the greatest amount of preporation and dilligence. It has now been two years, and I am in my second year of college studying towards a bacholars degree in arch. engin. She did make a differnce in my life. I just wanted to say that I am thankfull for her work on my case.

• I had direct ties with the people in this case & have been following it closely for the last 2 years. This case was high profile, in that the defense was about to win a major case against the IRS fraud machine... until the obvious tampering occurred. Now 3 of the 4 being tried have been found guilty & a defender is murdered. I sure hope justice comes swiftly. IRS & NWO, your time is up!

• There is much talk around about Nancy being murdered for what she knew about jury tampering in the following case: "Unfortunately, one of the co-defendant lawyers made too much noise along those lines before she left the Portland courthouse on Monday. The next day she was found dead in her home by strangulation. Folks, while there is a slim chance that her murder was not related to the case, we have it on good authority from a retired law enforcement officer (LEO) with over 10 years homicide experience, that there is a very high probability that her murder WAS not just related to her employment, but specifically related to this case. There is no doubt among those close to this case that the zealous defense advocate Nancy Bergeson was silenced in an attempt to cover up the obvious jury tampering in this case. We are impressed that the Portland coroner called in the Homicide Dept., instead of cooperating with the cover up. We pray that he or she remains safe under the protection of the Lord for their honesty and stand against the corruption in the Portland area government. As we well knew before the Indictment, the Portland District is THE MOST CORRUPT District in the country. Therefore, it would not surprise us that the ordering of the jury tampering and murder of Ms. Bergeson came from very, very high up. We understand that the FBI is participating in the murder investigation; however, we have little confidence they will look in the right places. For the Portland District to be so distinguished as the most corrupt in the country, the corruption likely runs high and wide. In todayâ•˙s political environment, we just donâ•˙t know if the FBI is up to the challenge of investigating and prosecuting many of those who are supposed to be the good guys."
