| Was a $500 loss and Carol's death worth a lengthy prison sentence? |
"Carol was a friend of mine, the first friend i had when i moved to missouri.Yes she was involved with drugs and shes been ripping people off for quite some time now, but she was supposd to have a life ahead of her instead she was brutally beaten 3 people and then murdered over 500 dollars.
"I knew all the parties involved and none of them had their head on straight, but nobody deserves to have their life taken over 500 dollars worth of dope. Didnt the convict ever think that they would rather be out 500 dollars rather than spend the rest of ther life in prison, because thats what they deserve, too bad missouri doesnt have the death penalty...
"i say take em to Texas, and hang em. A little girl lost her life and all people wanna say is that she was dealt the hand she was givin, well i say she didnt deserve it no matter what the conflict was. REST IN PEACE CAROL YOU WILL BE REMEMBERED!!!"

Did this girl deserve to die over 500 dollars? No, of course not. But you can not say that she didn't bring it on herself. If you get involved and drugs and start ripping people off, death is not only a possibility, but really is BOUND to happen.
Carol HAD to have known she was taking that risk. She may not have deserved it, but it was of her own making by putting herself in those circumstances and taking those actions. Murder is the consequence of ripping off people when drugs are involved. Not a new story.
Posted 11/09/2009 at 11:23:01 AMShe got what she deserved. When you are dealing with this type of scum what do you expect? Instead of ripping people off, get an education and do something with your life. The world is better off without her, waste of space.
Posted 11/10/2009 at 07:04:15 PMMissouri does have the death penalty! Here is the most recent legal action regarding the MO death penalty.
11/14/2009
State one step closer to resuming executions.
The 8th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals rejected a suit brought by eight death row inmates to block Missouri’s executions because the execution team would not be trained medical professionals and would violate the 8th amendment to the United States Constitution that bans cruel and unusual punishment.
Attorney General Christ Koster’s office said they would soon be seeking execution warrants. [Full story at Columbia Missourian]
Posted 11/15/2009 at 08:00:11 PMIt's too bad my niece got involved in things that can become dangerous to her life or the life of others, but NOBODY deserves to be murdered!!!. If it was your family you would feel the same. She has always talked about how she wanted to be with her real father who passed away in 1991, but it is sad because she was only 23 years old and has now got her wish. I will miss her smiling face and think of her often. I hope the people that murdered my niece get what they deserve, just like anyone else who has murdered someone else's family member. She did not do right by others by ripping them off. I am just sad that she will never get the chance to make a better life for herself. She was not a waste of space as she was loved by her family very much. I love you Carol Ann and will miss you.
Posted 11/16/2009 at 04:39:52 PMj-dizzy just so you know what you said only makes you a waste of space yourself... i could never wish this upon anyone just wish you knew how it feels to have your heart ripped away forever... to lose your bestfriend your older sister your heart and soul your blood... til you go through something like this you will never know... so please keep my sisters name out of your mouth if you dont have anything nice to say... and please dont post anymore crap for my family to see.. thanks thomesa n thomas
Posted 11/30/2009 at 09:14:05 AMTo the friends and family of Carol, I am deeply sorry. You are very correct, she didn't deserve this. Unfortunately, when you add drugs to the mix you get disaster! One of the people that were charged with Carols murder was a very special person to me. And by the looks of it they are all a victim of the the dope game. Prision and death aren't the same consequence I know! They all got beat by the game! Make a stand to do your part to stop the sales/buys that could end up like this! It's not right and lets make it a mission to speak it! Again I am so sorry for your loss, Carol didn't deserve this by any means! May she rest in peace and forever be free from the dope that changed many lives that day!

Posted 03/11/2010 at 07:01:07 PMAcually, Carol probly DIDN'T know what she was doing because she had Bipolar Disorder and had a very severe case of it. I would know because she was my sister.
Lilly Allen,
Posted 03/11/2010 at 07:23:52 PMWhy was she not medicated? I believe it's the mental health system's fault not get everyone medicated if they have problems. Psyche meds have helped millions and they still are.
