• Albert Povadora born in 23rd of July 1975 in Angeles City, province of Pampanga Philippines. In 1974 his mother was a part time worker as (house girl) to do house cleaning, laundry for the US air force (G.I.) service member off base/on base of the former Clark US Air force base Philippines. She met US air force lover SSgt. Hill Boone or Boone Hill which ever, stationed in Clark air force base. Subsequently, Albert Povadora was unfortunately born out of wedlock. Incidentally, took place during the occupation of US military base in Angeles City, this is prevalent where ever there is US military base. Sometime in early 80's her mother was in loved again with a US air force service member stationed at Clark US air force base Philippines, got married. Albert also became a dependent of the service member. Albert doesn't get much of a real fatherly attention from his adoptive father, call it "indifference". Psychologically Albert was confused, having a parent with no proper guidance and all. He's had no family to call neither, a dad nor mom. Albert in his formative years grew up particularly in an environment that is not conducive for a young child like him. We're all familiar with the scriptures that says in PROVERBS 22:6 "Train up a in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." In 1986, I was in the music ministry and teaching children in bible studies, I had my chance to bring Albert with me together with my youngest sister to our church BETHEL BAPTIST CHURCH to attend a Sunday school class for about a year or two. He does and obeyed instructions well furthermore, enjoyed going and attending Sunday school classes. He saw mothers, fathers' are fetching their children soon after Sunday school class is over. Nobody's picking him up. He gets along with other children no problem but he's more comfortable being alone staring afar. Albert stopped attending Sunday school classes to give way his hectic school schedule (football practice) that coincide in the same day. The Philippine Mount Pinatubo erupted in June 1991 Clark air force base was abandoned, most US air force personnel and all their dependents were evacuated. Albert was one of them who boarded the US navy ship in Subic Bay which were taken to Cebu international airport and flew for US bound flight. He reached America sometime in October 1991 first time, culturally shocked and tried to lived off what he can just like any other Americans. I remember one time he said to me after getting burned his finger off from the soldering iron. "If I only knew that it was hot I would not have touched it". This simply goes without saying, "If an ignorant would know his ignorance he would not be ignorant". Ignorance was not the issue, anyone can learn if given a proper guidance. Unfortunately, he was not. It is very clear, Albert will be sentenced and convicted according to the bad things wittingly or unwittingly he has done and the things that he might never have done! I am totally unaware about the victim's personality and other circumstances my sympathy is for them too, but one thing is sure, THEY ARE ALL VICTIMS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES. The same goes to the publicized innocent child's photo being publicly viewed; she's already been a victim of the system and circumstances. It is very clear and obvious to see where I am coming from just open your heart. Putting offenders behind bars deprives options to reform. "Let the sinless first to cast stone." Review. . . . .
