As investigators closed in, he first fled to Europe, then to Brazil. But he was nabbed by Brazilian police and extradited back to California. Now he's sitting a San Diego jail facing 20 felonies for molestation, kidnapping, and producing child porn. If convicted, he'd be facing up to 129 years in prison.
True Crime Report's Verdict: Let's not waste a good prison cell that could go to someone more worthy, like a car thief. You rape 3-year-old and video yourself doing it? This guy's gotta die.
Not only does he deserve to die, but i mean in the slowest (take a couple weeks) kinda way. hell I'll volunteer to do the work. ill take leave just to do it!!

Posted 12/26/2009 at 08:51:09 PMi agree! there is truly only ONE cure for a child molester and pornographer of children, why DON'T these people receive the death penalty? they are worthless, innocence stealing garbage. while most others can be rehabilitated molesters have proven time and time and time again that they will return to raping children, very few have any remorse, only that they were caught! the only justice is the prisons they will enter generally have strong men who don't like the scum and often they take care of them themselves, thankfully.

But think of it this way, if the system doesn't do it, when he goes to prison, the other inmates will make sure of it.
Or worse. More horrible events than anyone could or want to comprehend. Also he just looks like a total pathetic pussy, attacking children. He is going to die one way or the other. Now, the question is does he deserve everything he is going to receive in prison?
Personally: No one deserves that short of my American Politicians. But before the prisoners end up killing him (or he kills himself), that bastard will feel and recognize what he was doing to children.. Righteousness in karma at it's finest.
