Sacramento police were called to an apartment building on a report than a man was fighting with his mother. When they arrived, 35-year-old Giat Van Truong began struggling with the officer. He managed to get the cop's baton away and belted the officer in the head...
The cop responded by shooting Truong multiple times.
But Truong's brother wasn't interested in any talk of self-defense. The distraught man became unruly when he learned of his brother's death. So police were forced to blast him with tasers. As you can hear from the recording, it took an awful lot of juice to take the man down.
