Claudia De La Rosa Calls in Bomb Threat to Help Late Boss Catch Flight

Claudia De La Rosa arrived late for work, which meant her boss was late in leaving for the airport to catch a flight to Honduras. But instead of offering the usual my-bads and groveling, she decided to call in a bomb threat to delay the flight, thus allowing bossman to climb aboard.

The boss, we can presume, was able to make the flight, since it ended up being hours late. Police ordered all luggage and passengers removed until everything could be fully inspected. In the meantime, they were also busy hunting down the dick who decided to delay air traffic during peak holiday travel at the Miami airport...
This is where De La Rosa ran into trouble, since she's apparently unversed in the nuances of modern technology. Not only did she call the threat in, but she also emailed it just to get her point across. Police traced her IP address to her Sunny Isles, Florida condo, where she admitted to everything.
There's no word on whether her boss knew about it beforehand. And there's a good chance De La Rosa may now be late for work for, say, the next five years. But you have to admit she's a very dedicated employee -- if not yet qualified to run the IT division.
