Dustin Bradshaw, Cop Who Tasered 10-Year-Old Girl for Not Taking Shower, is Fired

He should have slung the girl over his knee, pinned her arms to his leg, and been charged with sexually assaulting her, have his entire record ruined, be forced to register as a sex offender, be forced to live under an overpass in the middle of nowhere.

When will the mother be Tasered?

Wow, I don't mean to stereotype Arkansas but when I read this, I expected to see Arkansas as the location. There is so much WTF in this whole story, with the first WTF being why is the mother calling the cops for an unruly child anyway? Was the mother lacking common sense? Or was this due to inbreeding that has caused mental deficiency? It makes no sense all around.

What's tragic is that you have these poor excuse for mothers who bring these children into the world, fail to raise them properly and then expect the police, the schools, the courts to step in and help them raise their children when they get out of control. If parents raised their children as they should be teaching them respect for theirselves and others, using strict discipline tempered with love rather than as Maury Povich and Jerry Springer show hoes, maybe these children might turn out to be decent people rather than the brats they've shown theirselves to be. I have no love for police officers for the lack of caring they've shown for human life, but for this brat to kick someone in the balls, tasering her maybe a bit extreme, though some may say she rightly deserved it, but an alternative would have been to handcuff her and drop her off at juvenile hall for 1 night. Guaranteed she would have been running to get in that shower after spending one night in juvenile hall. Just imagine what the poor teachers have to put up with having this brat all year round in a class. Why should they have to be constantly responsible for raising your brat children and teaching them what they should have already learned at home from birth...manners, respect, discipline, non-violence. It is high time that this country, their court systems, the media etc. begins call parents to task and hold them responsible for the demon seed brats and little terrors they leash on the rest of the world. Should society have to put up with your child's bad behavior or suffer needlessly for your child's misdeeds! Is it fair that innocent lives are snuffed out because you as a parent failed to raise your child as a human being and to act responsibly respecting the lives of others. It is high time, that short of having a mental illness, this country should start holding Parents responsible, yes even jail time, for their children's bad, antisocial behavior and their misdeeds!

If a civilian "tasered" someone much less an underage girl for something that stupid, they would be thrown in a cell and never heard from again. Yet this creep get's off with a slap on the wrist.

Criminal cops should get the same treatment as anyone else.

And let me guess, the mother isn't getting any bad publicity or looked into for child abuse? Who asks a cop to taser their child? A 10 year old at that. And for not taking a shower most of all.

Maybe its because I'm from the city, but a lady got arrested here for calling 911 because McDonalds wouldnt give her her money back when they ran out of her chicken nuggets, yeah stupid reason to call the police but she got arrested, yet this lady can call the police because he daughter wouldnt take a shower! Go figure.

The cop will get his job back. With the collective bargaining agreements most police agencies have he'll bring in a arbitrator (who are usually not allowed to see the extenuating circumstances regarding the termination) and said arbitrator will find that he was denied this or that right of procedure and force the town's police force to re-hire him with full back pay. This is just a publicity stunt on the chief's part because he knows full well that within six months deputy dipshit will be back on the farce force.
