Fireman Wayne Abron Sues Cops, Claims He Was Beaten in Domestic Arrest

• @MJM Who are you to accuse someone else of prejudging the situation? You keep defending your antagonistic and racist remarks by repeatedly making the unfounded and false claim that "he beat on a woman in his mothers back yard". Read the article again. It is clearly stated that "Abron was ARGUING with his girlfriend in the back yard of his mother's home" and "Abron says it was only a verbal beef, and that he never acted violently toward her." There isn't even any claim by the police that he had beaten a woman. They simply charged him with resisting arrest and assaulting them. There is only a statement that the police "received a call at 2:30 a.m. that said a woman was being beaten". The accuracy of that report has never been confirmed. It was probably called in that way because some neighbor couldn't sleep and if they only reported "a loud argument", the police wouldn't have reacted quickly enough to please the caller. In fact, the fireman was acquitted of ALL charges by a jury in September. Based upon your over-reaction to this article and your obnoxious and racist white-trash attitude, I have little reason to doubt, the police have already been called to your home more than once for disturbing the peace, whenever you get your knickers in a bunch. Furthermore, your claims about three races are archaic. That thinking dates back to the 1800's. We have learned much more in the past 110 years about genetics and we now know that there can be far greater genetic distances between members within each of those so-called races, than there are between typical members of any two of them. In other words, you have more in common with an average African or Asian than you do with some Caucasians. I know this must be distressing to you, but deal with it. Even your ignorance cannot disprove or refute the facts. Scientists and even the U.S. Census has not used the terms Caucasoid, Mongoloid or Negroid for a century or more. Only the census tries to separate residents by race or national origin anymore. Medical science has come to realize that socio-economic factors play as much or more of a role in medical issues than genetics or race. Unfortunately, I'm ashamed to admit it, but the history of policing and racism in Boston, not to mention the picture accompanying this article, makes it far more likely that the fireman is telling the truth and any claim by the officers, that they only used necessary force to effect the arrest, is highly suspicious. This is especially true when white officers are from the Irish or Italian communities, who often felt inferior to everyone but the black community, as recently as the early 1900's. If it weren't for the blacks, they would have been on the bottom rung of the social ladder, and now that blacks are achieving more success than before, the whites feel even more threatened today than they did back then, when overt racism was more accepted and they clearly had the upper hand. A fellow Irish American,disgraced by the likes of you.

I know he's an 18yr veteran on the fire department nd he's a hero and he's black and as such he should be presumed innocent, but so should'nt the cops. What if the two cops in question were on the force for 18yrs don't that make them hero's as well? And remember their the ones that are having charges filed against them, that makes them the defendants and as such they should be given the right to be judged innocent till proven guilty. But they were'nt were they? No not by you or your account. • If this mature firefighter could handle his business then cops would not have had to been there. Someone called? So the hero fireman obviously is not an adult,but more of a man child and does not listen to the police. By his own statement the only thing he remembers is being throwndown, of course not what led up to that. Grow up Wayne, because right now your lil wayne at best. • The only people, ANY people, that should be afraid of police, are people doing something WRONG. Who yells outside at their girlfriend? Disrespecting their MOTHER'S home? • For now, with the deaths of the Four Lakewood Police Officers still fresh in my heart, I cannot bring myself to be mad at any police officer who indulges their anger a bit more than usual on a loud, obnoxious, resistant, violent jerk. To quote two of my favorite people: Ron White: "I had the right to remain silent. I just did not have the capability." and Police Chief Brett Farrar: "Show me your hands." I watched the entire memorial. I wept non-stop.

Now they try to subdo me and I fight back, they continue to tell me to cool it, but I continue to spew vile and degrading remarks at them, spewing racial slurs at them, they have had enough, now they procede to defend themselves and kick the living shit out of me. They do a real good job of it too, the pictures prove it. Being a whiteboy confronting two black officers doing their job, with no NAACP or ACLU lawyers backing me up, you know what I, or any whiteboy in my position would receive in the form of justice, The judge would have said, Mr. McCarthy you should have complied with the Officers request and kept your mouth shut. Guess what the next time I will keep my mouth shut. But I'm not a black man. I don't get preferentiaal treatment or civil rights Attorney's like Negro's, Jews and other minorities get and that is as it should be. And you sir do not deserve them either.

• That's usually what you look like when you're not resisting!

• What is amazing is that it only took 2 cops to do that to Abron's face. In most cases today the 2 cops, instead of going right in, would be inclined to wait around for backup. Once 8 or 10 or so were on the scene, they then would head off to the backyard and tag-team Abron (or others like Abron) to the ground. All the while 1 or 2 would be yelling: "STOP RESISTING! STOP RESISTING" while another electrocutes the suspect and the others knock various body parts with their knees elbows and feet. The (now old and worn, but not outdated) 'Stop Resisting' ploy has been very successful for police nationwide as the beat the hell out of citizens. Yelling that phrase offers cover for their brutality. "The suspect was physically resisting our lawful commands and we continued to request that he stop resisting with our verbal commands and then were required to use physical force in order to subdue the resisting suspect." That's the way many of the reports are written today.
