Kisha Jones Tries to Trick Mom into Abortion; Thought Her Husband Fathered the Baby

Kisha Jones, a 38-year-old woman from Brooklyn, believed her libidinous husband was having an affair, and that he'd gotten 25-year-old Monique Hunter pregnant. So she went to elaborate lengths to get rid of the baby.

Police aren't sure how she did it, but she somehow got a hold of a doctor's prescription pad, then used it to get a drug that induces labor from a pharmacist. She then called Hunter claiming she was from the doctor's office, saying she had a prescription the expecting mom needed to take immediately... 


Hunter bought the ruse, and was soon rushed to the hospital with severe stomach pain. She gave birth to a baby boy two months premature.

But Jones still wanted the child dead, according to police. So she enlisted an unidentified man to go to the hospital under the guise that he was delivering breast milk to the new mom. That, it seems, was just a bit too suspicious. The milk turned out to be toxic and hospital workers called the cops.

The man has yet to be identified, but Jones is now charged with attempted abortion, assault, reckless endangerment, forgery and criminal impersonation.

The baby remains in intensive care. Though police haven't released word on Hunter's condition, she's apparently well enough to help detectives with their investigation.
