Michael Jones Pleads to Slamming Dog Against Spokane City Hall

​Michael Jones is a mean little prick. In June, he broke into a car parked outside the Spokane City Hall and grabbed a Shih Tzu from inside. The he grabbed the leash and began swinging the dog, slamming it into the side of City Hall...

Unfortunately for Jones, the entire incident was caught on surveillance tape. Two weeks later he was identified as the dog beater. But he wasn't arrested until early September.

This week, he was sentenced to four months in the slam after pleading guilty to animal cruelty, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. He also has to repay the dog's owner for medicals bills and the broken window on the car.

The dog, we're happy to report, has miraculously survived after extensive treatment.
