• To bs2009 and GetTheFacts, you're either Ryan, or you're one of his sick friends that pulls the same type of crap to get into a little girl's pants. You both talk as if you have experience in the same situation. The FACTS are that he was 28 years old and an authority figure at a high school who sent a picture of his junk to a student who was a minor and got busted for it! You would think he'd be more careful about his actions with young girls, but apparently he can't resist them, which makes him deserve whatever justice comes his way. I have a daughter that goes to Westview...and I feel much better knowing this DB won't be there to creep her out.

• This story was also reported today on a local news station here in San Diego. I couldn't believe it when I saw it! I knew this DB about 9yrs ago and cracked up when I saw this on the news because I always knew there was something off about him. Considering he's been posting pics of his shlong on the internet for years, it's not that big of a step for him to start texting it out ... needless to say to a minor! • Well, I guess that he probably is "dissappointing" to women his age if he is showing off his junk and trying to impress a teenager just to try and get some. What a retard. • In support of better journalism, perhaps you could update this article with (1) a comment from an arresting official or the name of the police department on this case, (2) a statement from an official at the school regarding the purported facts, or (3) even the age of the student. As written, this incident could include his groping a not-known-to-him 18 year old senior at a party nowhere near the school and her filing a complaint. He's still an ass, but this article reads like locker room gossip.

• Why was he allowed to be at school to molest another female after the schlong-o-text had been sent and he was arrested? This makes no sense what-so-ever. He should have, at minimum, been put on administrative leave.
