When we last left Susan Finkelstein, police said the diehard Philadelphia Phillies fan had used Craigslist to trade sex for World Series tickets. When an undercover cop met her at a Bensalem, Pennsylvania bar, he says she offered her womanly fruits in exchange for tickets for her and her husband...
Finkelstein said it was all a misunderstanding, and that she was just flirting. But in her first appearance in court, police testified that it wasn't all that innocent.

After responding to her Craigslist ad in which she described herself as a "gorgeous tall buxom blonde -- in desperate need of two World Series Tickets," Sergeant Richard Bugsch offered three tickets, but he needed to see her photo first. So the 43-year-old married mother of two sent him three photos of herself topless.

The 43-year-mom reportedly told an undercover, "I'm a whore. I love sex. I just can't help it."

Officer Michael Brady says he then met her at a suburban Philly bar, where she told him, "I'm a whore. I love sex. I just can't help it." She also hiked up her skirt so Brady could get a load of her womanly wares.

The testimony didn't sit well with Judge Joe Falcone. Though she was initially charged with promoting prostitution, he slapped her with an extra count of prostitution.

Finkelstein didn't testify yesterday, but said afterward that the cops were lying. "It was very hard not to say anything [in court] when I saw there were untruths being told," she told the New York Daily News. "I could see my blood pressure rising and my teeth crunching."

The upside of the story: After her original arrest, a radio station forked over two tickets for Finkelstein and her husband.

The downside: The Ivy League grad worked in communications for a non-profit bio-medical research facility at the time. But apparently the organization didn't want a skank serving as its public face. She lost her job.
