It seems predatory women have turned to the Boy Scouts as a new form of dating service. First we had Courtney Sheward, caught romancing a 16-year-old in Forth Worth. Now we have Wendy Rodgers, the lecherous scout leader of Lebanon, Illinois...
Last weekend, the parents of a boy described only as their "minor son" came home from shopping to find the boy "engaging in mutual intercourse" with a woman. They immediately recognized her as 39-year-old Wendy Rodgers, leader of Boy Scout Troop 35 in O'Fallon, Illinois, in which their son is a member.
St. Clair County police received a 911 call that reported a "rape in progress." When they arrived at the home, they found that the parents had trapped Rodgers in their son's bedroom. She apparently lacked the scouting skills to weave a homemade rope and escape.
Rodgers has been charged with criminal sexual assault. Bond is set at $100,000.

I can't say I would do this, but he's apparently a much bigger man than me. Hubby put up 10 percent of her bond in cash -- $10,000 -- to get his cheating wife out of jail.
The Boy Scouts, meanwhile, haven't been so charitable. They've severed all ties with Rodgers, who's been a troop leader since 2004.
