• New Hampshire did not have the death penalty for home invasion murders at this time. It was only for killing a cop and Murder for hire...as of June '11 I believe, home invasion murders will have the death penalty.

So no, he's not going to be walking around free soon or ever! I strongly encourage you to seek therapy to help you adjust to the reality of losing your ideal lover. Perhaps in the process, your therapist can help you identify what it is that makes you turn a blind eye to evil. Sadism is not personal. It spills over into life.

Its not about torture, torture is used for the purpose of aquiring information from a person who is detained or something like that. I believe in karma and effect, an eye for two eyes, if a person steals cut both their hands off they cant steal anymore, if a person kills, kill them in the same manner as they killed the other person. Her punishment: 1 year probation and she had to turn over her rights of her 5 year old to her parents!! Thats it! Her punishment was they took her other child away!! How is that at all teaching a lesson. Hell yes her daughter should have been taken away! But thats not punishment for killing a baby. That keeping that five year old from dying at her mothers hands.... So basically she killed her baby and got a year probabtion! It's disgusting!
