Jared Walter Arrested For Giving Women Unwanted Haircuts on Portland Buses

Call it a hunch, but we're guessing 22-year-old Jared Walter doesn't have a way with the ladies. A basic rule in life says women are rather particular about their hair. Which probably means they don't want complete strangers giving them unwanted haircuts on Portland buses...
But Walter doesn't seem to understand this. So on New Year's Eve, he decided to start chopping a woman's hair on the No. 33 bus. The woman bolted and called 911. Walter tried to get off too, but he was nabbed by a transit cop.
It wasn't the first time our hairdo impresario tried to work his follicle magic in crosstown traffic. Another woman said the same thing happened to her in November. In yet another case, Walter seemed to be out of mousse, so he used super glue as a sculpting gel instead.
And just when you thought that was creepy enough, there's more: Neighbors at his apartment complex believe he's also responsible for a string of break-ins there.
He's been booked on charges of robbery, interfering with public transit, disorderly conduct and harassment.
