Rapper Gucci Mane Sucker Punches a Woman for Hogging the Stage: Caught on Tape

• Only Niggers hit women. Only dumb niggers bitches make excuses for the. Black men hit women and beat them all of the time. Especially dumb, uneducated, jail birds who "wannabe" rappers. Everybody knows that Niggers have no respect for women, especially their own. Worst thing is that you will hear dumb, ignorant ho's taking up for the man that takes his fist and punches the hell out of a woman. What did she do? She wouldn't let him "shine" and "gloss" in front of the crowd, so lord knows she had to pay for that. He hit her so hard the screen jumped! And then what? • Oh and when A Tribe Called Quest split I was pissed. Friggen Phife sold out and wanted to make "harder shit" and failed miserably!

• Too few people know the difference between "Hip Hop" and "Gangsta Rap" - Dealz is right for the most part, as far as hits go (sadly) but as far as people under 30 not listening to any of it I'd change that to people under 20. Good on you CG or listening to the music as it was intended when it was created. We have NWA and their huge success to thank for changing hip hop into what people recognize it for today. I still have a few years left of my 20's - how depressing.

• Yeah, Dealz...no one under 30 listens to any of these people. Are you high? I'm 23, saw The Roots in January. I have all of Outkast's albums, even spotted Andre 3000 on a plane a couple of years back. I'm not really into hip-hop for the most part, but De La Soul, The Roots, Outkast, Tribe Called Quest, and Jurassic 5 are some of my favorites. And I believe De La Soul's last hit was in 2001. "Baby Phat" Outkast hasn't come out with anything in a couple of years, but they always have at least one hit. Your point sucks.

• Lol, you just named a bunch or rappers that NOONE under 30 listens to. What was the last hit single any of these artist had? Lol

• Guys like Gucci Mane or w.e his name is are not real rappers or entertainers. They're just not talented and trashy people. That's why things like this happen. • I don't see any reason for you guys to dog out the girl just because she might be dressed a certain way. She's dresses no differently than any other chick at the club. • Can't see the video, but that doesn't matter to me. I listen to VERY little rap and Gucci Mane is my least favorite, so whatever happened in the video might make me like him less, but definetely not more! Maybe Kanye was the one who was really upset and Gucci went up there this time!

• Don't worry about it, Sandy and Concerned. Writers always get bagged on. It's just part of the job. I'm used to it and don't take offense. People just get fired up when they read stories like this, so sometimes they just respond harsher than they normally would. No worries. Besides, I shoot off my mouth, so I gotta expect to take return fire on occasion.

• My mom and dad would have whipped my butt good for carrying on like this woman did and for saying the things she said in the video even if I was no longer living in their home. They would have taken it as a lack of respect for them, our family, and myself had I been seen anywhere wearing what she was wearing. My African American parents had rules and insisted that they be followed. I raised my daughter the same way. I was offended by her use of the word "nigger," a word none of my siblings and I were EVER allowed to use. This woman seems to be willing to do anything to attract attention to herself. I wouldn't throw a penny at Gucci Mane(?) or any other rapper because I neither understand nor like rap music. If this woman were my child, she'd be in college and/or working, and if she refused to do either, I would not have anything to do with her. Parents need to practice tough love in dealing with their offspring in certain situations to make sure that the offspring get the message that certain behavior is never acceptable. It didn't kill me, and it didn't kill my daughter. She and I are both college graduates. I'm retired and, she has a good job and no children. Folks like these in the video give America the wrong impression of AAs. And GM is definitely no gentleman. He is nothing to run after, fight over, or lose one's dignity dealing with.
