With a name like Robert Smith, one would assume he's a genuine American. But he's apparently unaware of our centuries-old statutes barring prostitution. So he decided to pay fetching hooker Jeanna Mercure $150 for a robust three-way of carnal gratification...
Mercure supposedly promised that she and a third person -- subject unknown -- would delight Smith with their womanly wiles for said money. But according to Smith, he paid up, yet Mercure didn't offer so much as a milky thigh. So Smith called the Marlborough, New Hampshire police.

As a general rule, it's rarely advisable to call the cops to register consumer complaints in illicit transactions. That's better left to the Better Business Bureau. But Smith -- whose IQ is said to dip well below freezing level -- must have figured that police would be outraged by the hooker's flagrant dishonesty.
As it turns out, they weren't. He and Mercure were arrested. Police are still searching for the mysterious third party.

What an idiot! And I'm guessing there was no third party... I think she just wanted his money. I hope this guy was drunk or something because he really gives us Americans a bad name.

He probably is so gullible, he must have not even try and haggle the price down and she being slick and street wise as she is, (and with that innocent face that helps her) she got him good. Now common who goes cops anything... at a street corner and gives money upfront only an idiot, there are to many hoodlum for one to throw ones money around like that. Plus he must've known that these ladys of the night know how to play their A game and can spot a dum a.. a mile away. If anything you could call her a scammer... because that's exactly what she did... She scammed a dude. She knew damn well she wasn't crawling under Rob's big ass. Jeanna is a scum bag so she did just want the money, probably for drugs.. Seeing as that's one of the reasons she got her daughter taken away from her.
