Roxanne Pennock, Bank Robbing Minivan Mother of 5, Pleads to Armed BB Gun Heists

​When we last left Roxanne Pennock, the suburban San Diego mother of five was being pulled over in her minivan on suspicion of bank robbery. She's now confessed to pulling off four heists armed only with a BB gun purchased at Walmart...

Though she was a suburban mom by day, Roxanne Pennock showed a flair for menace during her four armed holdups.
​She originally pleaded guilty to two bank robberies on December 17. In one, she wore a clown mask and a hood, pulling what appeared to be a semi-automatic weapon and ordering the teller to get on the floor. Then she produced a duffel bag and ordered bankers to fill it with cash.

But it turns out the gun was only a BB gun. It also turns out that Pennock was behind two more heists. She was arrested again on December 30 for two more robberies in October and September. She's now pleaded guilty to all four, and is expected to get a 4-year-sentence.
