Susan Powell Missing: Husband Josh Powell Shows No Interest in Finding His Wife

The smart money says Josh Powell killed his wife then dumped her body while he was supposedly out camping. The only question is whether there's enough evidence for police to catch him.
​Today marks exactly one month when the mom disappeared from her West Valley City home. Her husband Josh has lawyered up and refused to answer specific questions from police, nor will he show them where he supposedly went camping the night she disappeared.

Now Josh plans to take his two young sons and move permanently to Washington state. Yesterday, he and his brother Michael began packing furniture at his Utah home. West Valley City police say they're not worried about the home being sold, since they have all the evidence they need. They've already taken fingerprints, a bedspread, carpet cleaner, and other items.

Meanwhile, Michael Powell called the cops yesterday on Susan's friend Tim Peterson. A fellow Mormon church member, Peterson had given the family a swingset. But he's pissed that Josh is moving and doing nothing to help find the mother of his children.

So Peterson showed up at Josh Powell's home attempting the retrieve the swingset. Michael called the cops, and Peterson was forced to leave without incident.
