When they arrived, the found no external injuries to Rocky the dachshund. But a medical exam later revealed it had been severely beaten and choked. "The dog has a fractured skull, a disfigured eye," Stacey Bourbonnais of
the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department told
WSB-TV. "It was strangled, it
had bloodshot eyes from being strangled."
Worse yet, Green did all this in front of his two children.
The incident not only left him with animal cruelty charges, but he's also hit with child cruelty for acting like a dickhead in front of his kids. To top it all off, the missus has taken out a restraining order against him.

Is the dog ok? Well, I mean as ok as he can be? Do they expect him to live or is it too soon to tell? If my husband would let me, I would so adopt that poor baby! He reminds me of our dachshound we had when I was little!

he dog’s eyes were bloodshot from being strangled, and it was bleeding from its injuries as deputies arrived. Authorities believe the wounds were inflicted Wednesday or Thursday, Bourbonnais said.
“(The dog) was partially covered by a blanket and was shaking,” she said. “He appeared to have a swollen eye and was unable to move.”
Gwinnett Animal Control officers took custody of the dog. He was transported for emergency care at a veterinary hospital, where he continues to recover, Bourbonnais said.

There is just NO EXCUSE in the whole world to do that to an innocent dog. Wonder if he did that to his kids when they were babies??!!?? Obviously he has anger management issues...
