Gresham, 21, and an unidentified boy, 13, were accused of taking the woman, who has a diminished mental capacity and uses a walker, to a weedy area behind a home in Riverhaven during the early hours of June 25, 2009. They stripped off her clothes, forced her to perform a sex act, each raped her, then left her lying naked in the weeds. According to the affidavit, she dragged herself 50 feet to a table where they had left her clothes. She had multiple scratches, bruises, and cuts to her knees, legs and toes from dragging herself.

• One of the key facts is this was a crime of taking advantage of someone even less capable of defending themselves then say the average healty female. Rape is wrong period and even more disturbing when done to a child, elderly person, or a handicap person in some way. It is sad that even boys this young single out the weaker person.
